I dont think there will be someone willing to do such tasks for free. Managing the community like what TheQuin does for freebitcoin is not easy thing to do. A good site needs a professional or experienced manager to handle, so spending some money to hire professional for a good purpose is worth thing to do.

Yes it will not for free, but at least they have an extra persons to help them on their things, may be managing threads or into thr support team which they are lacking. Hello everyone,  I just took a look at this thread myself, and I'm very very very sorry for our poor level of customer service and long delay in replying.
It looks like those suggesting we hire a community manager are correct,  and what better place to find that person than in this thread.
Who would be interested?

The duties would include:
1. Monitoring and replying to this thread.
2. Starting and promoting a Telegram group
3. Managing the Twitter account
4. Providing customer support via email.
5. Doing additional promotion and online ad buys.

Sometimes OLD look is something which makes you miss it. Indeed, redesigning it may make it look more modern but I think they can use combination of Old and modern look. I would like to see more promotions from BVC instead of focusing on its design. Other thing that can be considered is about the minimum bet amount, AFAIK 1 credit here = 10k satoshi. So maybe making it lower to 1 credit = 1000 satoshi will attract more users.

Better  approach is building up new design, but allow users to have two options.
They can be able to choose the classic (old) design or modern (new) design.

BitcoinVideoPoker answered that some of their team members, who are responsbible for community communication left long time ago.
Good news is the team have asked for hiring new member.
They actually created a topic for this purpose.

This condition is a bit similar as coinroyale. It seems BVC is also managed by single person only to handle all things, once the person in charge has a another things to IRL then he cant handle the site as fast as usual. So, having a team contains some people to handle the site will be better.

Not sure about the manager, who tend to like to do his own campaign management stuffs rather than sticking with only one site. Let's see.

Probably the campaign manager Hhampuz could handle it as well if BVC ask him to do so.
