Is it better to save money or invest it?

It is always better to invest money than saving it. When you invest money, it grows  gradually. When you save money, it just remains idle. I invested my money in bitcoin when its price was $750 just two months before and now its price is $1088. Just see the difference.

When you save it's automatically invest too because when you save it's same like hold in your wallet and give you the interest from holding . It would be great if you do it both.

If you only rely on profits from bank interest is very small, the current bank interest rate 10% a year only, but if we traded bitcoin from rising over the past week it has already reached 14%. so I agree if investment with buying and hold bitcoin is the best choice rather than save our money.

In summary, saving and investing must be done always altogether because you cannot just save alone and invest alone. But in bitcoin, that is a 2 act merge into one act. Because in investing and saving with fiat,generation of profit will be hard if you are not going to do some real efforts or even you will do hard efforts still there are times that it isn't enough.

I guess to save money in the bank will not make you lose, it is caused because the bank responsible for 100% of the money that you save. in contrast to bitcoin, maybe if BTC that you have lost, there will be people who will be responsible for it. but it might be better to use bitcoin as an investment tool, because bitcoin has a huge potential in terms of future profits.

Saving your money in bitcoin is always a good idea.. For me i am saving my 10% of salary into bitcoin not accurate but i am saving 10% every month and sometimes x2 every month.. that honestly giving me a chance to have a dream someday.. learning more skills and use for business in the future if i save a lot of bitcoin..

You need to act wisely in right place and in right time. First you need to research the market. Now BTC is expensive. When BTC rises, all alts go down. So good time to buy cheap alts. yes i also agree with you, i think investing money is more good and profitable as compare to saving it, from saving you are going to devalue your bitcoin, while investing money mean to increase the present amount of bitcoin. i will always suggest your to invest your money in alt coin if you want to make money without taking such a big risk.

Whithout risk you will end being limited into the same ammount of coins, at 2015 bitcoin were traded at 250-300 dollars, at 2016 price reached 800 dollars, and todays we are at 900$ after the drop from the 1100 dollars. If you were lucky enought and had balls to hold those period you made atleast 300% just by saving. For other side if you had invested into zec you had been able to see it traded at 3 btc for one single coin, it would mean 10x more your investment as well, besides those there were several others altcoins that had a window to allow you multiply your bitcoins. There isnt a best strategy when we are talking about bitcoin as well crypto world, since there will be always moments to invest and moments to save, you must act on the right moment or watch it happen its up to you.

Saving money as bitcoin maybe good because of the increasing price but there is still the danger of a plunge. Saving in banks might mean you are somewhat losing money but at least this is insured by the gov't up to a certain amount. Save in both if you can.

As for investment, real estate might be OK (at least where I live). If you have houses of various price ranges for rent, you'd always have tenants since if people can no longer afford the more expensive ones, you can offer them the cheaper.

Saving money is good because there's no risk on it, by saving, your future will be secured. Investing on the other hand should only be done when you are matured enough to take risk, you can do that when you feel you are not contented with the amount you are saving and if you have a bigger dream in the future that you need to realize.
