Are your cards branded in Advcash logo? Or it comes with the card issuer design?
I have their card. It comes with their unique advcash logo. Besides some issues, it always worked fine. Let's face it. This is a new business introducing a new kind of service, and all of these startup's tend to have some issues at their beginnings. so let's give them some time, cause I really believe they are doing a great job! Just one mention for the ADVcash support: You should at least try to be more communicative with your customers and present them with an excellence customer support. That way, you will be able to establish a more confident approach with customers. Then, they will easily cooperate and understand the problems you are trying to solve. We are trying to make sure customer satisfaction is at the highest possible level, and the response from clients has been great so far. However, it's important to understand that we are not an independent entity when it comes to 'outside' features. Just like Bitcoin funding here, for instance. It is a third party solution, and when something out of the ordinary happens, we can only notify the provider and wait for a resolution. I wish we could solve each and every issue we and our customers come across instantly without other parties getting involved, but this is not the case. We will keep trying to improve communication and transparency for our customers. |

It does have a logo and it looks close to what you see on our site: http://advcash.com/en/solutions/card/Transferring funds between members is free right? If I refill me balance with wire transfer and send some $ from my account to a friend, it will be free right? Yes, all internal transfers between users are free and instant. |

Mastercard is great and all, but here in my country a lot of business don't use them. It will be nice for you to have VISA cards as well. Do you Think you will have this option in a near future?

We realized the situation is still too unstable and errors still occur, so unfortunately we all need to wait a bit more till this is fully fixed. |

We have stopped offering cards to US quite a while ago and I think it's been mentioned here as well. It's a compliance requirement of our card vendor. |

Do you or your card vendor participate in AEOI ( http://www.oecd.org/tax/transparency/automaticexchangeofinformation.htm) and report clients` financial info ? |

While our direct Bitcoin funding is still under maintenance (which is about to be completed, by the way), we decreased the BTC-e funding fee to 1%. For the funding to go smoothly, you need to issue your BTC-e codes in the currency of the wallet you are funding, i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, or RUB.

Technically, you can. Whether or not it will work in your case is more a question of PayPal policies in your area. No limitations from our side. It is accepted in any terminal or ATM with the MasterCard logo. |
