So once I bought the Virtual and not the plastic MasterCard and I got the needed informations I tried to verify paypal it's not working to Verify paypal, maybe you should confirm and give us more informations about verification , is it available on some countries only ?
There are no restrictions from our side. We are not responsible for PayPal policies in your area. I personally have added both my cards to PayPal without any issues, and as far as I know, so have a lot of our customers. I believe it's best that you ask PayPal about this. Mhhh , I had the same error message as on Payoneer . Can you confirm that your card was loaded with x amount of money when you used it for verificatio n, I guess that's the reason why it didn't work becuase mine is empty |

You don't need to deposit funds right away, it's a good idea to register an account, log in and look around to understand the features and ask questions if you have any. |

This is technically fraud as you are expected to provide accurate and up to date personal details when signing up as per our terms and conditions. However, as you will not be able to verify this account and raise account/card limits, we do not prosecute these cases very heavily. |
