My guess is they are probably afraid of getting on the bad side of card companies and so will not even want to relate their dollars to BTC. AdvCash probably isn't afraid of doing so, albeit I don't see much difference between the two.

I believe it's up to each individual company to establish their own Bitcoin policies. PayPal and WebMoney do work with BTC, Neteller does not.

Sometimes, though, they don't have a choice. Many choose to comply more than others to be safer from being shut down by the government.

It is not technically a credit card. Rather, it's a prepaid debit card. There are no limitations on card usage from our side. It is mostly up to the service you are using to accept or decline any particular transaction. A lot of people use our card with PayPal, I personally have added both my plastic and virtual card to my PayPal account (European Union). Sometimes there may be anti-fraud requirements in place where they want the card and the customer to be from the same country, which with our cards is usually not the case as they are issued in Gibraltar. So there's really only one way to find out, actually try using the card.

It is mostly up to the service you are using to accept or decline any particular transaction. In any case, there are some countries missing from the list of countries available to ship to, so there's no way for me to give it a shot. Hopefully, support for more countries will be added later.

Basically I'am more then sure that I will never receive my card to be honest , I want to use Express as you said , and I just checked your website however how come it costs 99$ , that's too expensive , don't you think ? even Payoneer which is International MasterCard known for years is taking only 60$ .

We do not think it is too expensive. Was there ever such a thing as a customer who said the fees are not high enough? If you look closer, Payoneer also has an annual 29.95 card fee which we don't have.
