Should not be much difference I think, Send 10000 or 10 times 1000 in a short period of time.

And make sure to make regular backups of your wallet.dat file. My PC crashed yesterday resulting in corruption of OKcash wallet installation. Luckily i have up-to-date backup so no loss.
