Hey guys, a little help! I sent some OKC to my wallet, and even though my wallet is up to date the balance isn't correct (the transaction never arrived). What's weird is that the block explorer shows the correct amount! In other words, my wallet shows less than the block explorer. The tx is about 9 days old at this point. Confused!

you forked maybe...You have Winwallet? You have looked at your blockhashes and controlled it with the blockexplorer already?

We are proud to say OK has not experienced a fork never since creation.

To fix please:

1. make a backup of your wallet.dat   from the appdata/roaming/okcash  folder

2. start the OK client and go to debug console and type:

scanforalltxns 1

3. let it finish and restart your wallet and check again your balance.

extra info: If you can see the coins on the explorer and you have the address do not worry,
 coins are safe and we will help you get them to display properly.

Update on site translations.

The OK website server is hosted by namecheap services,
this server got hacked and encrypted all the files to ask for a Bitcoin ransom to provide the encryption key to solve and get the info back.

Thanks to our constant backups and monitoring we were able to act fast and restore all the information with a downtime of 8 hours.

All sites back to normal and continue to work on transcript for the coming translations.

Thanks to coxx, dadinsga, germancryptominer, okorator, and all the involved community members pushing and supporting for the languages goal.

Update on ROKOS flavors

All the claimed cryptocurrencies have been integrated into the system, testing/graphics/info will be shared this week as well.

I've also had success with this and other wallets using 'repairwallet' in the debug console. May or may not fix it, but I've had it update hanging tx's

Still working on getting my devs set up properly, but once they are .. one of their tasks will be to get a Serbian translation up and get a community building there in Uni and High School. There is a pretty strong crypto movement in ex-Yugoslavia .. BitStamp is Slovenian after all and the affordability of machines like the RasPi over say a PC .. let alone a Mac goes a long way towards building interest.

ROKOS is really bringing OK and flavoured .. favoured?  coins into focus.

just have to say concrats to the work on this great okcash wallet.
bought me a new computer and all went perfect. Told 2 friends about okcash, they bought themself now some (both new to crypto) and all went perfect for them (i did not had to answer many newcomer questions nothing) just a clean download, synch and staking.

thats the way to get new people interested in crypto and for me okcash has the okay to get ready for mass adoption:)
