Community Update:1- Cripto-Pay.com is doing tests for OKCash integration.2- Got a message from the Human Faucet, relaying to the community for discussion/support (aprox. 0.39btc) + optional big posters (0.28btc) If done, I would suggest the basic package with normal posters as I cant find a lot of difference from a user / walker perspective for the bigger posters for now, and those funds could be aimed for a better goal at this moment. Mike from The Human faucet here. What we do is get 6 local stores(to start with)to accept your coin. We also print up 8x11 posters for our walking billboards. We then have our Brand Ambassadors pass out info flyers and up to 25 wallets about your coin(you provide info). The wallet receivers will do a task(tweet, facebook like,post,ect..) to get $1 in crypto that they will then go on a tour of the stores to use()store matches the wallet so they have $2 purchase power. (a free drink, pin,)It gets them used to crypto ,shows them how easily spendable it is and puts them in the position to be the first amongst their peers to actually own and use crypto.
For the Cryptocrawl service we Charge $125. Includes loaded wallets, Store adoption of your coin in 6 shops, 3 small posters(add $90 for 24x24 Large posters) 100 info passouts.
3- Cryptopia exchange has been experiencing a great growth, with an average of 200-300 traders daily on the chat box.We would love to add OK as tipping coin for the chat box, there is a 500k dots requirement to be able to do so. (aprox. 0.10btc) So I am sharing the info with the community, If you would like for this ideas/offers to execute feel free to discuss as we would need to rise the donation. I am in control of the next donation addresses, If you make a donation please post the tx id here with the quantity and for which goal, if goals are not met the donations will be send back the the donators upon request. Staff at Yobit: The OK community and dev team have been kindly requesting for an update to the OKCash wallet for more than 2 months now via BitcoinTalk Forum, Yobit support email, Yobit twitter and Yobit Trollbox without success.
The OKCash wallet codebase works perfectly fine and has not presented any kind of issue since creation, Yobit exchange just needs to make sure they have a v3 wallet and that the wallet is ON.
If you require further assistance feel free to send a PM, we will gladly help.
Please have a look at this issue as we have a lot of users messages and feedback about not been able to withdraw their coins for months now.
We will have to add a warning to protect OK users in case the problem persists.
Thank you. Best Regards.
Quoted for history record. Edit: Yobit updated, OK wallet back to normal status. 26/11/2015

Happy Birthday and Congratulations! I have a few thousand OK in my wallet, but it uses so much RAM while staking! Anyone else notice this? I'm scared to even run it 24/7 - don't want my PC to explode Cheers, keep up the good work!

Happy Birthday and Congratulations! I have a few thousand OK in my wallet, but it uses so much RAM while staking! Anyone else notice this? I'm scared to even run it 24/7 - don't want my PC to explode Cheers, keep up the good work! Hi there, that is normal if you stake in different addresses as each of them are fighting to answer the block and reward the coins, kind of the way mining goes, so with higher difficulty higher resources consumption to solve the blocks. Should not use more than 550-600mb for now with the high average stake of the full network. That is one of the reasons the full staking nodes gain the stake rewards, as they use more resources and are the ones providing the speed and security to the network. If you encrypt your wallet so it does not stake, your ram consumption should go back to 300mb average. If you merge all your addresses in your wallet into one, it will release some resources also as it would be only one address fighting to solve the blocks. Hope that helps, best regards. P.S: it's OK PC wont explode Welcome to your community.

OKtoshi, you might want to talk to StaisyBit about including OKcash on their supported coins list. Have a look at https://staisybit.com/ and at their thread on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1091402.new#new. StaisyBit is a cloud staking service that can be used as an on-line wallet. It is free for accounts holding less than 0.4BTC in each (supported) coin equivalent, they have 2FA option and, in general, they look very serious and business oriented. See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1091402.msg13093607#msg13093607I just have had a quick look at their thread. It's definitely a currency which has true development, with at least 1 month of life, block explorer and 2 exchanges with API; in other words, it satisfies all our requirements. If you know their dev, please tell him to pm me here on BitcoinTalk, otherwise i will contact him directly. Thank you. I'd love to see OKcash having greater exposure and that might help. Thanks you for your hard work. Keep it up.
