this weekend I am going to try sort out the Mac wallet. What is the latest download please (just to double check) and what must I put in the config file? Gas it changed?
I am looking forward to putting DOGED on my computer as opposed to exchanges.
I lost 12 BTC on Cryptsy but luckily managed to get my DOGED out just in the nick of time. Actually DOGED was my main priority to get out as it is the only one that has the potential to buy me a new house

It is very upsetting that honest people end up loosing out.
Also very glad to hear that you got your DOGED out.
there is no other coin like this one, It's the only truly anonymous coin available.
Even Bitcoin has some catching up to do imho. As it is basically a Full ledger of when,where,why and how somebody used BTC. making it Very traceable and hackable.
If people can't find you, they can't steal from you can they.
VERGE will show people that Crypto-Currency can be secure/anonymous and decentralized.
Fractional Reserve Banking is unsustainable PERIOD.
The very first dollar of ANY NATION had to be borrowed into existance from their reserve bank, requiring interest to be paid on that dollar.
So if only 1 dollar has been created thus far, how does one pay back the required interest on that first dollar?
That's right, another dollar must be borrowed into existance to cover the required interest on the first Dollar
Rinse Repeat
Banks can take that first dollar and Fractionally reserve it at 90%. meaning that they can add .90 cents to it. making it now $1.90
But the kicker is, that fractionally reserved .90 cents that the bank added to the first dollar only exists on paper as an accounting ledger.
It is these accounting ledgers that the banks lend to people (+ interest of course). and these loans get paid back to the banks with real currency
So imagine if a bank has 10,000 customers who each receive $1,000 per week wages. that's $10,000,000 per week actual currency that belongs to the customers.
Now the bank has reserved 90% of that, meaning their balance sheet says $10,000,000 for customers + $9,000,000 for the bank.
So how the F#@K can $10,000,000 = $ 19,000,000 you guessed it The bank finds suckers to borrow this pretend $9,000,000 and the suckers pay it back with real currency.
Plus the Bank have the nerve to charge interest on it. it is money laundering on the most epic of scales.
this is why banks have billions and billions and billions of dollars profit. and if the bank invest that profit into the share market wisely they make even more profit.
But if they stuff up and invest poorly, they will receive a BAIL OUT does QE1 QE2 QE3 QE4 sound familiar.
So not only do banks get to launder money on an epic scale, they also get to gamble with the laundered money and get BAILED OUT if they loose. It's a free Hit.
Sorry to ramble on a bit. But i thought i would remind everyone as to why Crypto-Currency is even here today.
And for people who did not know about Fractional Reserve Banking. i hope this info has made it clear as to why we are here at all.
