If one day we will be able to withdrawl Doged from Cryptsy would it be possible to send to a Verge wallet ?

Believe so but just want to be sure..

Yes you will be able to just transfer them to new VERGE wallet without any problems. The problem I see is that a few days ago a huge some of DOGED was moved from Crypsty to Bittrex they actually built those 5 and 5 walls when the coin was just about to move on those days.

We need proof of this please I tried to find but I can't

later I'll try to show proof of this quite busy now but Bittrex had around 600k coins in the exchange and then around 300k more were added and then around more 300k.
