The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I tried downloading a new empty wallet without the bootstrap this time and when loading the blockchain from scratch it has fully synced to the latest block 99814 but 99813 is showing on the blockexplorer as last block 12 minutes ago.I have the green arrow visible but maybe that wont last if a low amount of wallets are staking and it happens again.I will rescan the blocks and see if an old wallet.dat works to send a few transactions.

The poloniex chain holds the most coins and is up to date on the right chain so I suppose that is the one to use for the fix.

Mine appears to be synced and staking. Block 99817 which is identical to the block explorer one. Seems to be moving along nicely.

The only thing I notice is that when pulling out the wallet.dat and inserting an empty one it get errors trying to import the coins in using the keys even though they were dumped a long while back for all addresses

I am fully synced up to the latest block but some transactions are failing to confirm and the time difference between each block is still unrealistic so things are not right by any means. There are major offset differences somewhere down the line and I am noticing the irregularities in the debug.
