How Chinese ban to ICO's affecting XBC?

XBC is not an ICO.Current XBC is a freely distributed token among old XBC community and like every other alt exchanged at whatever value people choose to put on it.

I've just had something like 10 orphan blocks in a row, is that normal?

Cheers

Haven't seen this before but with one or two very large bag holders out there its possible they may have split their coins into smaller lots and are generating more blocks.Looking at the stake reward, all from small pots, looks like someone has split up what they have to generate more blocks.

I have my wallet staking most of the time and orphan rate is very low for me, definitely not normal. I did have something strange in my TOR log though and had very few connections (between 3am-4am PST)

Seems to be be working better now. It was just that I had 6 orphans, 2 stakes and then something like 10 orphans but looks like I've had 5 good ones in a row now so I hope we're all back up and good Smiley

If it became a constant thing where orphan blocks were overly frequent it would indicate that we are being attacked by someone but it would make no sense for a large wallet to do that because in the end they would only be harming themselves. This is the first thing I thought when I saw the 0 hashrate reading from the blockexplorer even though blocks are moving regularly but it only looks like someone has split up their wallets into smaller lots for now.All seed nodes are fully synced and up to the latest block height.

Everything is going smoothly so far but there are many different parts to be dealt with separately due to native tor client and the wallet messaging system causing some conflicts and errors. If we had a plain and simple codebase we would be almost there by now afaik but we are making steady progress. If anyone can answer the question above it would be helpful though.
