Hi Exmo, I deposit my ETH 3 days ago but it has yet to appear on my EXMO account. Support ticket has been raise #284867, unfortunately, no reply from your support team.
3 days is way too long. if your system has issues, at least, make an announcement and let your users know. Unlike now, you just keep silent and leaving your users, who trusted your platform and deposited their coins & money, like a fool here.
So can you pls look into it as soon as possible?

I'm still waiting for my ETH. Etherscan says they moved it to their account and they moved it more. It seems they are collecting from their users.

If EXMO is a "reliable partner for users", then where is my money!? If you don't want to be considered a scam, than you should follow up on your legally binding obligations or at least respond to questions sent to your support desk.
On 5 December 2017 I have initiated a withdrawal of money from my EXMO account. This money was supposed to be transferred to my MasterCard account. The status of the transaction in my Exmo account is shown as "Withdrawn" and I received an e-mail confirmation from EXMO saying that the money was successfully transferred. However, as of today (4 January 2018) the money still has not arrived to my MasterCard account. I have contacted the issuer of my card and they told me that they don't see the payment.
I have been writing to EXMO support constantly since 12 December 2017 and I have received ZERO replies. Just check the support tickets #228452 and #255365.
It is unacceptable for any company not to respond to client requests for a month, especially if it is related to money transfers. If you lost all client funds just say so and don't waste our time, so we can take legal actions! Or have courtesy to respond and fix the issue.
hows going on. your problem solved? i should change my perfect money USD to ripple here

Hello EXMO support... Support ticket 297743 My ZEC withdrawal has been stuck on "verifyng" status. Chat support USELESS says it's "unscheduled backloged" and they dont know how long it could take, maybe several days. Whats happening here ? This can't be a response from a serious company. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EDIT: I got my ZEC after 6 hours. Everything ok! . Was a little scared after hearing all this problems over the last few days. However EXMO should hire better qualified Chat support representatives .

Dear people! Is there any way someone will resolve my issue in decent time? It's been more than 20 hours with my ETH withdrawing from you in some pending state. I'm trying to pay you more fees and you won't let me. Support inquiry 290550 and 291888 Please, could you resolve this quickly? I'm only asking for releasment of crypto. Hoped to move more funds to your platform but now not sure as 3.28 ETH withdrawal seems to be a problem for EXMO. Up till now it was all great and decent platform. Hope this is not a scam.
