Hello, I'm having trouble making a withdraw from exmo to cryptocapital!

Each time I try to do a withraw I always receive an error message, this is the the message: Error 10326 (CryptoCapital PLN).

I already created a support ticket with number 334408 but no one answers me?

Exmo can you help me!

the only answer i m  receiving its the same and same without to fix the problem

We sent the inquiry to our sms center, they will check what the problem is.
If you want, we can disable two-factor authentication.
For it you must write an e-mail to support@exmo.com from the e-mail address with which you created your account.
Please, write the numbers of wallets with which you filled your account and make a high-quality screenshot that shows that you entered each wallet, as well as each transaction ID.
Also the terms of this transaction must have been done not less then 2 days ago.


i did send the emails from the one i make the email and how i can see this and answer these infos u aske if i cant login to my account ?

Hi, dramarally3  my problem in not with sms or two-factor authentication. for me the problem is when i withraw to cryptocapital i get these error

why do you even bother dealing with crappy / scammy ukrainian exchanges when so many legit companies exist?  


There are tons of negative reviews all over the internet about Exmo, wex, Hitbtc, coinegg, Kucoin,..

when real money is involved only deal with reputable companies that actually pay, like

bitfinex, bittrex, okex, gdax, bitstamp, kraken, binance


Don't come on the forum to try to reach their customer support and whine about having being scammed when so may people already took the time and pain to warn users to stay away from these companies

If you took the time to register and find exmo official thread on bitcoin talk why didn't you read the reviews first?

More than 14 hours since sending ETH to EXMO with more than 3500 block confirmations and still not in my account? Please look into this (ticket 336511)

Still not resolved after more than 26 hours of depositing. ETH never appeared in my EXMO account. I keep checking on etherscan and it showed that funds were in my account but about 12 hours ago most of my ETH were transferred by someone to unknown address (0xb36CBe7f95A39984384E6AA4068B02C1697Ef80E). Can anyone explain what is going on and where is my money?

If you are here why are you not answering my question regarding withdrawals.
Why it is showing verifying status for days? What is the difficulty in giving back our money ?

For any good exchange, Deposits and Withdrawals have to be instant (only blockchain confirmation time should be the delay).
When are going to fix this ?

is right in the fact that EXMO is not a solid company, I'm already from 04/01/2018 I am fighting for verification and I can not see the results, EXMO replied that it was already undergoing verification and so far nothing !!!
