People are not becoming rich just by luck but at the same time one has to put in hard work then only they can become successful.

Agreed, it is not all about luck.. regardless you do need some in order to be presented with an awesome opportunity, or be lucky when proposing an idea to investors that they will see the opportunity and help you create your idea.

It is one thing to be lucky, but it is another to actually take action on the luck that has presented it's self.  Hard work pays dividends too, but it's a combination of all those factors that makes any successful businessman successful in the first place.  Look at Trump for instance (OHHHH GOD, here we go)... he wasn't born into wealth, but he was definitely a hard worker who ran into some luck with investing and building his franchise.  Now you can't go a day without someone saying something about him; about whatever thing he said to offend women/immigrants/etc.

Just by starting business you can't become rich but you should have good knowledge about you product and need to put more efforts to make your business successful and you also need some luck to become rich. So becoming rich is not very easy task.

agree but if you just have base knowledge it's not enough to start own business, you need money to started your own business. rich or not it's all back to you how to have good management

Yes, to get success in your business one need a ability to think, analyse and decide is the key determining factor of your profitability. And business success is tight financial controls and good budgeting. Apart from all these knowledge you also need some kind of luck to success in any new venture.

I think that to be successful in one business it is important to be the right time in the right place, to have the money (I don't like to money of the banks) and to have the unique idea which must be elaborated and materializes. Then needed luck to be sold (except the times when the product is to good and can be sold itself).

I think it's pretty safe to say that in order to not only to have a successful business, you not only need a stellar new product to offer the public, but you need a team of partners who will invest with you, and if you can't engineer the product yourself, know someone who can engineer it for you with his share of the cut. To have that one product that really changes how everybody does something is filling a niche that hasn't been filled before... And in order to do that, you really need to be thinking outside the box when it comes to you constructing ideas.

The team is indispensable. And must be excellent. Better is more excellent will be the product. It is hard to create one such with the needed people and this need maybe even to much time. But I think that in the sequence of the things become after the things I mentioned. They are essential. Without those cannot begin nothing. They are needed TO BEGIN THE REALIZATION of product. Then needed the realization of product. Here enter in scene the team. Here must be created the team to REALIZE the product. And this is the difference between my factors and your factor I think.

Yes that is good idea but it is not so easy job to get signup under your link. This is a very competitive field so you need to put lot of effort to get referrals.

With that kind of thinking I think you wouldn't go so far at all. You're already expecting something in return by helping them, not by your conscience. The one fueling your motivation is the benefit that you would get something on the latter.

You also need the same status, power, or standing to be recognized by these people. Simply saying the benefits with each other.

There is no guarantee that the Facebook stock will increase its value every year. Right now, the total market cap of Facebook is around 250 billion USD and the P/E ratio is close to 100. For me it seems that Facebook has peaked. So if you want to get rich, invest in some stock, which has the potential to increase its value by 10x or 100x in the long term.

2) They have alot of capital and use it to create more money
