I'm not from America, but I honestly don't understand how a nation can exist with different laws in different States. If I go from one state to another with my gun I have to break the law of the transit state. Nonsense.

The first amendment clearly states that everyone should be able to own guns. But i think not everyone should own a gun, You cant give a gun to a mentally challenged person and not expect disaster. They should make laws that makes criminal for anyone who's gun is used for to cause harm to another to be sentenced. I also think people who buys guns who be mentally checked to see if their head is in the right place.

Well, there are laws for this situation, and also as far as I know, they have liscenses, like a driving liscense. But I do not know if theybare checking them, or having any certificate that it will not for creating violence but a sign of protection.

I don't know how this situation is described in the laws of the United States, but I know more. The tougher in the state belong to the possession of a weapon the more it crimes. Maybe this is the answer to why people need guns.

The Constitution says that the States all have to respect each others' laws. The respect has to do with the things written in the Constitution and the Amendments. The States all adopted the Federal Constitution as their own when they were accepted into statehood.

The States are separate nations that are governed by the Federal Government nation. Everything is done by agreement.

The 9th Amendment says:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

In other words, the people retain all the rights they always had before Government came into existence.

Federal Government was there to protect the nation from foreign nations, and to decide squabbles between States. It isn't there to do anything with the people. But the people have freely contracted with the Federal Government this way and that, and that's why Government gets in our face at times.

If we use the 9th Amendment in court, and if we get a jury trial according to the 6th or 7th Amendments, and if we stand as a man or woman unrepresented, we can beat almost all Government laws.

Appeals Court Says Prior Restraint Is Perfectly Fine, Refuses To Rehear 3D-Printed Guns Case

Cody Wilson and his company, Defense Distributed, sued the State Department over its demands he cease distributing instructions for the creation of weapons and weapons parts.

The State Department came along too late to make much of a difference. It claimed Wilson's instructions violated international arms distribution laws, but by the time it noticed what Defense Distributed was doing, the instructions were all over the web. They still are, and no amount of litigation or government orders is going to change that.

What Defense Distributed is doing is perfectly legal in the United States. The State Department says it's illegal to put these instructions in the hands of foreign enemies. Since it can't control internet traffic, it's decided to take down the publisher.

Gun Owners of America: Paul Ryan's Obamacare 2.0 Still Contains Gun Control

GOA points out that it opposed "the original Obamacare" because it threatened Second Amendment rights and they are concerned about Ryan's new healthcare push for the same reasons.

They stress three changes that are needed.

The first thing GOA points out is that Ryan's bill "needs to be amended to prohibit the ATF from trolling the national health database, or Medicaid, or any new entitlement program for persons with PTSD, Alzheimer's, ADHD, or merely 'anxiety.'" GOA says the recently repealed Social Security gun ban allowed such trolling, which opened the door to the ATF growing the list of the persons prohibited from gun ownership based on otherwise private information gathered from health records.

Secondly, GOA says Ryan's healthcare replacement "needs to be amended to prohibit insurance companies from asking about gun ownership." Such questions result in an increased insurance rates–"as a result of gun ownership"–or in the all-out denial of insurance to begin with.

In fact, the weapon that is activated by fingerprints is imperfect. It may fail and he needs time to identify. Are you sure that you will have time on these processes? I want the gun ready for use at any moment.

The fingerprint gives an advantage to the criminal. Such a weapon is not necessary. Nothing will stop the offender as the knowledge that he can get shot in the back. The more weapons will be in the hands of honest citizens the less crime.
