how many confirmation do you need for btc deposit?
this is disgusting me, 14 confirmation left but my small deposit still not count in my account?

sorry quoine, based on my experience with your exchange, you need a lot of time for verification id process (almost 1 month), need a lot of time for withdrawal to local bank account (1 week), and now, deposit time. You need to improve your service.
Im sure you can do it.

i will do another withdrawal testing if this deposit problem clear. let see how long you handle it.

Two days ago I was impressed with your improvement of withdrawal process.
Request on November 10, and processed on November 13.
It was only 3 days to get to my bank account.

But for request on November 11, I still not get the money in my bank account.
It has been 7 days.
I think you overload with withdrawal to Indonesia bank account,
because many people here buy btc with low price in local market ( https://vip.bitcoin.co.id/ )
and sell at Quoine with higher price.
I hope you can improve again your withdrawal process,
or maybe you state a withdrawal limit, so you will not overloaded.

normally I got such email after the money received in my bank account.
but yesterday I got that email, but until now I still not receive the money in my bank account.

Processed should mean that we have submitted the fund transfer. This may not necessarily mean the funds have appeared in your account as this relies on your bank to acknowledge and update your balance. Do let me know if by end of day you have still not received the funds and I will investigate further.

I am in India and expected that the transfer need 3 days. No official response on the status is what bothering me a lot.
If you are based in Singapore, then you should get it almost on same day.

Don't want to sound like a broken record but I'm unable to give any updates until next week, when we should be able to get these withdrawals processed during the working week. I really do apologise I can't give a more concrete answer but as soon as I know that they have been successfully processed I will let you know on here.
