I had submitted douments for profile verification on April 18th.  Its been more than 2 weeks and my account is still pending verification.  My user id is 447897.  I have raised a ticket with support as well.  Request number is 346925.

Please help...as i am not able to withdraw...

I had my account verified and then i tried to withdraw.

I have 6.69 ETH and i tried to withdraw 5 and then i recieved an email that i dont have enough funds.

After that i tried to withdraw all 6.69 and again the same problem.

Now my account went back to unverified and i dont have the withdraw option anymore.

Can you explain what this means and why is your company intentionally blocking my funds?

I tried to send emails but nobody is responding.
Also on telegram nobody is responding to any issues. People are non stop complaining about withdrawals.

Is this the type of incompetent service your company is offering?

You have to pass KYC only once.
So your verified account is valid for Qryptos and Quoinex both.
But Qryptos and Quoinex are separate platforms.

Yeah I know that thanks, unfortunately there appeared some difficulties with KYC verification, tech support doesn't apply my driving license but my friends passed it successfully using the same document. It is pending for 2 weeks

i recently opened an account on Qryptos and transfered some of my ethereum coins to it. i have been unable to transfer my coins out (who does that ). Was already thinking i had lost all my coins, ill be glad if i could get them back though.

The exchange needs to have a page for users that explain terms of transaction. It is unbelievable  to know that the exchange doesn't not make weekend transaction mostly withdrawals.  After my several messages for support which not answered until After the weekend that was I knew . I also notice thAt there was no transaction fee which I don't understand the term behind it.

Hi! You are mistaken. QUOINE is Japanese company for last two years. Yes it had Singapore registration but changed it. QUOINE is Japanese company and has Japan FSA license for crypto exchange and ICO.

I submitted my verification weeks ago, clear picture of my passport and scan of the official papers from the public office. Now I log in to see how things are going to discover that my account status says "Banned". Not even a email was sent out to notify my about this and I still have funds in my account.

Is there any phone number I can reach this exchange on, I'm just getting more and more disappointed the longer I use your service.

I opened an account back around December 17 and did verification. Did a few trades. About 2 weeks ago I sent in some tokens did some trades and when tried to withdraw  Qryptos banned me.

No contact number I'm aware of and customer service does not respond.

To claim this is a regulated exchange is a joke. Stay far away. They are crooks.
