Today's match between India Vs Srilanka proved the classic example that employees don't perform when the boss is not in office. Though Ms Dhoni is not what he used to be, but like they say old is gold, he passed the litmus test. I am kind of disappointed by India performance, Lanka has already lost 3 wickets, some support for Dhoni, and maybe team India would have won. I am lucky I woke up late, and had not placed a early bet on India to win, it's boring that way they threw the match away.

I think it's not the question of who is leading the team even if Kohli was captain things weren't different. Indian players can't play swing and seam once again proved in Dharmashala. Srilanka bowled really well and exploited the conditions of the pitch, they won a good toss invited India to bat and bowled out India cheaply.

Had Dhoni not made half century they would have not even made 80 runs. Such a drastic change in just a week time from top team to such a bad performance.

Just because of Dhoni the team managed to put up a score of 112 else it was tough to even cross 100 in the beginning. SL on the other hand played beautifully and scored the runs before the 21st over. Can't blame Dhoni but Virat too wouldn't make a huge difference when the team is not playing well. Pandya's bowling was the worse and eh went for 7+ runs per over including Kumar and Bumrah.

One man can't do anything, see Dhoni played, but no other batsman stands a long time in a pitch. Even Kholi also can't do anything if other batsmen not played well. Well that ended quickly in the 2nd test between Australia and England. Australia destroyed England after England looked good last night and I thought they had a big chance to win this test match. Australia deserved the victory as they were on top from day 1 and showed once again that they are very tough to beat at home. Now it will be very tough for England to get back into this series but if they ever were going to get back into it, then the next test match in Perth is the place to do it as England do seem to play well on that pitch.

Never easy to chase 300 plus target in the 4th innings, England had their chances but they did not use the opportunity. Australia are very tough side to beat them at home, Hazelwood bowled extremely well ensured the victory by taking important wicket of Root.

Yeah true, If England were going to win the match they needed Root to carry them through. He was their key man to success but when he fell the match was all over. England can turn the series around in Perth with a win but it will be tough coming back from 2-0 down in the series. I will say that they have been in both of the matches at certain stages but couldn't make them count.

If you depend on only one or two players performance to win the matches then you can't win most of the matches because it is a team game. Yesterday England had a good opportunity win the match but they only wasted this opportunity. I expected better batting from England players but they failed to do it. They still had 6 wickets to score just 170+ runs but couldn't do it.

But in another match, SL did better than expected because no one was thinking that they can play whole day but they did it and draw the match.

It was good that Sri Lanka gave a much improved performance in this test match. A lot of people thought that their complaining about the pollution in New Delhi was just theatrics because they couldn't compete. Their batting performance was strong in both the first and second innings and India could't force a victory.

After a long time we saw India team under pressure and all this was good overall performance by Srilankan team with bat and ball. This will now make the next match more interesting one for both teams as india now cant take sri-lanka team for granted and they know they have to play well to grab a win.

Dhoni was really trying to save the sinking ship, but alone its impossible. Was a good game of cricket of course. I feel sorry for the people and friends who made a bet on this game upon India, a truly unexpected result.

Dhoni will play based on the situation, and he knows how to handle the pressure situation. I thought India would win this match easily but never expected they would lose a match like this worst. Good start from SL let's see how they will play remaining matches.

Sri Lanka have played dismally in one day internationals before this match. Nobody gave them a chance and bookmakers would have given you good odds if you had bet on them winning. People who bet on India thinking it is a sure win should rethink their strategy.

I'm looking forward to the 3rd Ashes test match coming up this week, Australia are now on a roll and will be very hard to stop. Even though they have won the first two test matches there could be one or two changes in the team. I think England might also have to make a change or two and try something different if they want to get back in the series. Can Australia wrap up the Ashes by winning or will England fight back and win this test match to keep the series going? This should be another great match to watch.

Indian players were overconfident that they can win yesterday's match easily but SL proved that they are not going to give up anything easily and need to fight to win matches. It was a very good performance from complete SL team especially bowling. If Dhoni was also failed to score those 60+ runs then India wouldn't have reached 100 runs. Dhoni again proved that he is still worth in keeping the team.

It is New Zealand match, West indies looks like very an ordinary test team, chasing 414 is highly impossible task for them already they have lost 2 wickets, so 4th day play is just a formality for New Zealand to complete the victory. New Zealand at home conditions very difficult to beat with quality of players in the side.

I don't agree to that , even Kohli learned from Dhoni and haven't you come across the match where Kohli was RCB captain ( which had all class players) and still they scored 49 once? Kohli cannot handle those situations too . Blaming Rohit isn't fair , lets wait and see what he will do.

Yes NZ has 90% chance to win this test match, i don't believe that WI will chase this target. 414 runs is not a small target, and already they lost 2 wickets. I think they can manage to score 150 more runs that's it. This is a clear win for NZ team.

Yea you are right its batting collapse and no captain can handle situation like this because its not captain fault its need to do some work with new batsmen technique they need to learn from mistakes and try to handle this conditions specially at home
