Not to worry, Santa Claus just initiated the transfer to the Easter Bunny's account for full release sometime after Tuesday 2015.
How did you find out about this? Did Elvis tell you on the UFO? Elvis can't keep his damn mouth shut.

Nefario destroyed the value of those assets. That's just a fact. There is no practically no value left to save.
Except for those assets which have an intrinsic value. Which, until they pay off, is in the eye/judgement of the (be)holder. (And dependent on the integrity of the issuer.)

Not everyone buys to flip. Some of us have bought stuff to own.
Yep. Assuming the issuers of my shares keep doing things as planned, I am better off like this.

They're there, in their room.

That's what I would call a clean shutdown!  Wink If it really works, of course...

Are you implying that it could theoretically go worse? How? Coinciding with TEOTWAWKI?

Since BitcoinGlobal partners refuse to remove Nefario from its CEO position, will BitcoinGlobal publish an official statement of when GLBSE users bitcoins and GLBSE issuers asset lists are expected to be returned?  I see no reason why this process should not be instantaneous.

Introducing constraints to the economy only serves to limit what can be economical.

Not exactly accurate. We didn't refuse to remove Nefario, we were unable to do so. He owns 24% of the shares, and he had two other supporters.

Not that it matters, he made it clear that he would continue with his plan to shut down GLBSE even if we removed him as CEO.

You guys really need to name those supporters.

Perhaps calling out the other two supporters in public so we can know for certain who is supporting this abortion of a way to wrap up a company and who is on the side of the victims?

People can't even get their funds back from exchange owners whose identities are known.  What makes you think that anyone who sets up a totally anonymous exchange is going to be trustworthy?
