In my opinion they are Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus.

Roma will be a new challenger in my opinion. Although the most difficult, but they will be able to trouble other contestants, such as AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus. It would be interesting to see what happens when you could repeat the same constellation for five times, meaning Lecce advances and meets Inter in a home game in the first game of the league for five times in a row. The odds here say that Inter wins between 3 and 4 games out of 5. It is already a rough call when you take into account typical game coincidences, like a possible red card for Inter very early during the game. There are many weaknesses in the Juventus team. They have weaknesses both in defense and forward. Atletico Madrid's forwards are not very strong, yet they managed to score 4 goals against Juventus. Moreover, Juventus conceded 6 goals in the last two friendly matches but failed to score any goals. We don't know if Di Maria and Pogba will be able to adapt to the Juventus team, and if they will perform well. I don't think next season will be good for Juventus.

They already have Origi and Rebic by the way so there is no need to worry about this. I'm pretty sure that Milan have signed Origi to have him in the starting eleven depending on his performance as well. I hope that Origi starts strongly here after Liverpool. He has a bigger opportunity here to show his skills and capabilities about scoring goals.

Ibrahimovic contributed and boosted AC Milan a lot in last 2 and 3 season but in the past season and in a coming season, I believe Ibrahimovic can not contribute too much. He has issues with ageing and injuries that are unavoidable at his 40s.

This season will be very challenging for AC Milan because they have to protect the Scudetto and at the same time have to play in Champions League. More pressure than in the past season and let's see how they can handle it in a long season. AC Milan has a Champions League DNA so they will not sacrifice Champions League for Serie A.

Sadly I am going to be the naysayer but I have to say I really don’t feel like AC Milan is going to be able to defend their league title successfully. The squad that they have currently is not capable of doing that. And the only positive for them going into the next season is Juventus could have been a big problem for them but the way things are turning out Juventus is quite out of the equation right now. But the other big names like Inter, Roma, and Atalanta are going to cause a lot of problems for them. And those teams have better squads compared to AC Milan.

Giroud had muscle fatigue that's why he didn't play in the friendly game against Vicenza, as a precautions, but he will be available mostly vs Udinese.
Ibra won't be ready before 2023 and Origi has an injury too and won't be available in the first game tho.

They've lost some of their forwards and it's very likely that Rebic will struggle alone up front but it's a bit difficult to keep him running for 90 minutes. Fortunately the midfield and their Second Striker can still be relied on if you look at the results of their last match.

At the moment Origi still has some problems with his feet and indeed now only Rebic can be used as a benchmark for Milan.
