If the father of a player is a very popular football player, like Beckham, it already puts a lot of pressure on the kid to perform well. The kid also starts thinking that if he does not perform well, it is going to affect the popularity of his father. Which I don’t think is hundred percent true. If the career of a person is incredible, most of the time it is only him who will be glorified and vice versa. Maybe because is not stable enough and having stability is the most important thing for a player while Lukaku doesn't have this. Also, Lukaku is not a cheap player and Inter Milan should spend too much for it while he is getting old, and currently, he is 30y old and not young anymore.

It was Spalletti wanting to move away and of course the management of Napoli was not happy at all with what they saw in the Champions League against a mediocre team like Milan which also beat them in the Serie A 4-0 which was why the management immediately accepted and remove Spalletti,he is a good coach but only for Serie A it looks as he has not done well even with Roma outside Italy.

Napoli is happy that they won the title this year after 33 years of not doing so but for the next season I am sure they will take it easy and whatever comes comes,they won't be pushing themselves to win the title at all cost although it is definitely in their objectives to fight for it again.

They still have the same squad but it's still possible to lose some players at the moment even though it hasn't happened yet.
As for Spalletti's problems he had his reasons for quitting and family reasons even if it sounds like avoiding the season but it needed to be lightened and Napoli did just that so they can be said to have parted ways on good terms.

But there is really not much of a choice left for Chelsea. They don't plan to have Lukaku in their squad anymore so this is a good opportunity to get rid of him. The new owners of AC Milan I think have made the wrong move after sacking Paolo Maldini. Lukaku's performance in intermilan was not so bad as you said. Even though lukaku has failed to bring intermilan to win UCL but his performance was quite well last season. Intermilan was winning a trophy + it has gone to the final of UCL which was a great achievement by intermilan. The only problem if lukaku never had interest to join in ac milan. Acmilan was making the wrong decision to tageting him as a new striker for the club.
I think that ac milan shall not try to take lukaku. Ac milan must have found another player that can become a new striker for ac milan upcoming season. Lukaku will never ever fit for the club. He is only wanna playing for intermilan.
