Another season in Bundesliga and again Bayern Munich won the league while other teams were not in a good situation the main reason for Bayern Munich to win this league was primarily because of the mistakes by other teams the points they lost during this season and other teams like Dortmund had an excellent chance to finally win the league after years of failing, while Dortmund could easily win the game against Mainz but they failed and Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga title for another time.

This season the Bundesliga has been running so fiercely in terms of competition, especially for Bayern Munich and Dortmund even though in the end Bayern Munich also won. But Dortmund will not feel hopeless about this because they can fight again next season, moreover, Dortmund's quality is not too bad when compared to several other teams in the Bundesliga. I also really regret the draw that Dortmund got in their last game with Mainz because that's not the result they want at the end of this season.

Bayern are going to be much stronger next season, they will buy better players and i don't think any other team will be able to stop Bayern anytime soon, they have won it 11 times in a row, they can probably make it 15 or more before someone stops them.

How not to regret, because Dortmund has a very big chance to win the Bundesliga title this season because on paper Dortmund is also better than Mainz. Its a little disappointing that there are so much things about who will be leaving the clubs and what players maybe are coming thats crazy , why can that not be done after all is finished.
Gladbach maybe is interested or try to get Oliver Glasner for the next season as a Coach , Kamada is maybe going to AC Milan and so on.
For the DFB Cup final i hope that Frankfurt win it so we see them international next season again.

I was really rooting for Dortmund, it was such a shame. I still can’t believe they choked. All they had to do was beat Mainz at home. The players really let the fans down. Bayern have dominated that league for a decade, it’s nothing other than Dortmund choking that denied them the title.

I watched the 2nd half, Dortmund missed so many chances. The damage was done in the first half though being 2-0 down. They will lose Bellingham now, hopefully they spend that money well and go again next season but I dunno if they will get a better chance. A simple victory against a mediocre Mainz with nothing to play for wasall that stood in their way, unacceptable really

From my point of view, I see that they don't have the mentality of being champions. that's why, in the last match Dortmund was not able to play optimally. Even before that Dortmund had several chances before the match against Mainz, for example during Dortmund's match against Bochum which ended 1-1. whereas, this fight should be easy for them.
in the match against Mainz, Dortmund had the opportunity to equalize from the penalty spot. too bad, Sabastien Haller failed to execute it.
IMO, it seems that there is a mental pressure for Edin Terzic's team, they were carried away by the atmosphere where the situation brought emotional pressure for the Dortmund players to win the match against mainz. one more thing, I don't really understand why Edin Terzic prefers to implement a 4-5-1 system. whereas, the Mainz situation is in a declining performance. Supposedly, Terzic could apply a 4-3-3 pattern. as a result, Dortmund was only able to equalize to 2-2. when it should be, this fight won easily. there's nothing we can do, the fact is that Dortmund failed to seize the opportunity that was in front of their eyes. yes, uniquely, in football anything can happen. and in the end, Bayern again dominated the Bundesliga.

Leipzig and Frankfurt will face each other for the title in the DFB Cup. That will be a sweet cover for the team that can win this game. Leipzig have the upper hand in this match, although with the bad news that has been heard from these two teams. However, they will perform their best to be able to ensure that the title cannot be separated from them.

As you already said, Dortmund has failed to beat Mainz 05 in the final match and therefore this is really completely their fault and they can not blame anyone else here. It is true that the match went down pretty unlucky for them because Mainz scored 2 goals with their first chances but as a top team you need to be able to handle stuff like that and it is also part of the truth that Dortmund had a lot of luck in this season already. They have won games against Leverkusen, Frankfurt, Mainz, Leipzig and others even though they were definitely not the better team there. So the BVB can really not say that the only reason why they have not made it in the end was bad luck.

I was busy with something and after I get back to the Bundesliga this is the news that I will see, I really thought that Dortmund will be the new champion but having a draw with Mainz there it seems like a controversial thing that is happening inside the Bundesliga, and it is very frustrating news for Dortmund and what I have said in my previous post that if Borussia Dortmund lost the game against the Mainz or likely a draw they will lose and then if Bayern Munich Win their last match then likely they will become champion, but I really thought that Dortmund will surely win this but they didn't and for me it is really frustrating because I thought when I return there will be a new Champion for the Bundesliga,

However, even though Augsburg has always been in the bottom zone of the Bundesliga standings every season, the reality is that Augsburg has always managed not to be relegated. Whether it's luck or not, because if every season Augsburg only competes to avoid the relegation zone then at least Augsburg has a good ability to survive in the Bundesliga.

But regarding Union Berlin, I personally don't have big hopes because after all, I believe that Union Berlin may not have any difference with what Eintracht Frankfurt got this season in the Champions League. In fact, I think Eintracht Frankfurt is actually better than Union Berlin, because Eintracht Frankfurt managed to play in the Champions League through Eintracht Frankfurt's success in winning the European League title last season. I would like to say, that from this defeat they will be able to gain experience that will help them in the future, but this is probably not the case. I was really disappointed at Borussia Dortmund as they played wretchedly against a Mainz side that has lost 4 games in their previous games, in the game they were expected to win and were losing 2-1 but, for eight minutes, the trophy was in their hands. Bayern Munich we’re just lucky. Bayern Munich knew they needed to beat Cologne and hope for a favour from Mainz, and it did happen. Zero mentality. They’ll never be champions again so long as they have a poor mentality like this. Mainz is a mid table team and you’re at home. It’s not rocket science.

Yes I am also and the recent display by Borussia Dortmund against Mainz undoubtedly infuriated the crowd. Even though Mainz may have been considered an underdog due to their recent defeat. An opponent momentum can drastically change during a game as it did for Dortmund during those key eight minutes. Bayern Munich accomplishments cannot be entirely credited to luck. They were aware of the significance of defeating Cologne while also hoping for a successful result versus Mainz. In a sport that take into account a variety of elements beyond a team psychological state the concept of a poor mentality can be arbitrary and convoluted. Any squad has the ability to succeed with the correct tactics and tenacity.

it is very easy for Leipzig to beat Frankfurt even though this team has defeated Freiburg in its last match but I believe that Frankfurt is a little difficult to win the DFB cup while Leipzig's performance has been very strong in the last few matches they have won 5 wins without defeat.
when viewed from the H2H these two teams have in common that they only have the same 1x win. but I still have confidence and have no doubts about Leipzig's performance.

Yes and you described this perfectly well. Actually I think we are too often looking at the last game. How many chances did Dortmund let go before the game against Mainz? First of all I think it is great to see Mainz and Cologne to play strong games even when they are not competing for anything anymore. This doesn't always happen and then there are lots of discussions, but I think this season ending was perfectly fair by all teams.

Dortmund lost the title against Bochum, Stuttgart and Schalke. They tied all three games against the 14th, 16th and 17th and against Stuttgart they conceded a goal in 97th minute when Stuttgart was one man down. They also had their chance in the game against Bayern when they played in Munich. Bayern didn't win this one, but Dortmund lost it.

Getting close and not winning it is bad. Bayern were not as strong as they usually are this season, Dortmund had a really good chance to win it, but failed to. The coach of Dortmund did well but it would have been better. Next season he should try better. Bayern won the title, but the management still fired some people from the club, shows how unhappy they were and have already started making sure that next season is better. Maybe they will win next Bundesliga again.

I dont agree on that , that Leipzig will win that game against Frankfurt easy and already have won it.
They maybe have the better ods on the paper and on the field when it comes about performence and all , but the DFB cup has it one rules.
On point on that Frankfurt is a team that can make all happend when they have a good day , just remember the game in Barcelona.
And still have the faith , even they played in the league not good that they can win the DFB Cup final.

This was just similar to Manchester City and Arsenal in the EPL, from my observation Dortmund were determined and had a chance with talents and hard work but Bayern Munich had enough experience on winning titles especially the league title and they have proven that again this season as they snatched the title from Dortmund at the last minute.
