Why do you think that Dortmund has not that chance again to win the German League Title next year.
They getting better and better and every year they getting closer to Bayern Munich, and with Leipzig and Union Berlin there are now 2 more Teams for fight the Title.
Bayern Munich caused the problem themselves with kicking there coach out in an important time they have got a lot of important games.

Dortmund is not getting better. Basically they hang around 69-71 points every season. Sometimes there are better ones like the 18-19 season where they scored 76 points or less successful ones like the 20-21 season where they scored 64 points. in my understanding between top teams like Bayern Munich, Dortmund and Leipzig these three teams have always been closer in the last 3 years but Bayern Munich has always topped the standings in this bundesliga even though it is clear that several seasons Dortmund has also been closer to Bayern Munich and Leipzig have also come close to Munich's points but all of them have failed to top the bundesliga standings.

I thought at first that this must be a joke because this isn't really the standard route that players take who once transferred from Leipzig to Liverpool and he probably had quite a significant salary there as well. If I read correctly he is now going to get 1.5 million Euro and bonuses dependent on performance and achievements. But still this must be a huge step back for him financially. I don't know when I heard the last time that a player at the age of 28 is transferring from a club like Liverpool to a club like Bremen. The guy is so young and it is hard to imagine that this was basically the only offer he had. At Liverpool he earned around 7 million Euro. I was trying to find the specific reasons for his decisions but couldn't find anything convincing yet. If someone knows more about this transfer I would like to know about it.
