Everyone what is talking about 2016 the year of Bitcoin we will see about that.
I think more companies will adopt and more people will use bitcoin too. Of course everyone is waiting for the price to increase I think it will happen after the halving for now I don't really see bitcoin going up is kinda stable.

Who knows? May be bitcoin price will be back to $1000 this year.
When bitcoin was going down very low most people thought it was the end of bitcoin. But the recent surge in the price gives us hope and hopefully the price keeps going up towards new higights.

Yeah the bitcoin keep increase since yesterday. and i think 2016 it's the year of the raise of bitcon. the price will increase until 2017 i hope. and for now it's better to invest into bitcoin.

The bitcoin price is very steady now, the fluctuation is similar to gold. So it is time to invest in some bitcoin.

Stable bitcoin prices means no huge changes within a day. But small fluctuations are inevitable for any trading commodity like 10% changes. This way bitcoin is more stable in 2016 so far. This very much steady prices will take bitcoin to new any time higher prices also.

Yes by considering these stable prices already this year started to become year of bitcoin. But only a stable price will not make 2016, as year of bitcoin. But we need a new higher prices to make 2016 as year of bitcoin.

There is for me no need to run a full node, i am kinda trying to avoid having more than 5 btc anyway these days.
In case it drops like a enormous rock again
Its become in the last years a mainly chinese game.
Look at the prices bitmain charges for their miners they make a machine which costs them 150 dollar max and sell it for 2000
And all biggest pools are chinese or russian(bitfury).

I think the rich BTC owners shoud run them, but history tells that they are the biggest cheapasses as well.
Long story short i do not care anymore either, that does not mean i do not use it.
I simply only buy some when i need it.

Wouldn't this give bitcoin a big boost in attention. And with that attenion also a higher price?

I think we will see all time high records on everything this year, from volume of transaction, to price, to VC money being invested in the Bitcoin related ecosystem.

I hope you are right, BBZ.

For me, the key question is more acceptance by merchants.  More merchants accept it, more people (inc. me) will use it.  The more it's used, the more VC will come in, the more attention and development the whole BTC Ecosystem will get.

Also, if the developers can resolve OK the whole block-size issue without anything scary happening, that would help too.

It will be the year of bitcoin. Don't ask me why but I got a good feeling.
Not only because of the halving, but there is more to come this year.
