Right, wrong in gambling is when we are addicted and continue to bet large amounts. Self-control is necessary to be able to control the game so that the expenditure was not too big.

That is right. In the advent though of new technologies and the creation of bitcoins which can easily be use to play in online casinos nowadays, It would be tough for the government to control people from gambling.

I guess the best thing we can do is spread the word that gambling is indeed for fun and use only money that you can afford to lose.
