Can you please explain how this does not met the limit and is allowed? So, there's a 5 win per day & 20 per month but no weekly limit then right? When do the 'week' start? Sun midnight to Sat or ?? How are you keeping the limits under control? Just a concerned bidder trying to make sure it's fair to ALL and calling out what I see. :wink:

Lastly, can you please let us know if bid packs count towards the win limit or not? I know BINs dont count towards our win as we didnt actual 'win' but curious myself like tgg611 asked on the bid packs.

The 'special guy' who worked support was none other than JShock aka Jim Shockney aka [Smok 'em] Hunbolt, with Pauline most likely being Paul Vernon aka BigVern aka Bao Luo.

Internet auction Scam

I have won 6 items that have not been shipped over the course of four months. They kept promising that they would ship me my goods but they never did. i have submitted complaints to the Better business bureau, the fair trade commission and directly to them but they just shut down my account and did not ship any of the winnings.

Pros:
The only pro would be if they actually delivered the merchandise- it is impossible for me to say anything good about them since they stole my money.

Cons:
~ This site lied about when they would ship my items
~ they do not respond to trouble tickets
~ they do not respond to calls or live chat and they lied to the better business bureau on the third contact with them stating that I charged back my credit card. I did charge back my gredit card at about 80 days after I contacted them numerous times as a form of damage control but only after telling them that I intended to do this and offering to pay the money if they actually ship.

People are still using Cryptsy because they just don't know.

Have a friend who has a few antminers. He's been depositing to Cryptsy for months thinking Cryptsy is like a bank. When I told him what was going on it was the first he'd heard.

You do realize it took 100 pages of info here + misc extended complaints everywhere to get that site to post that right ?
They already ran a story about this topic (Google it)
Only thing is, the previous story went on and on about how it was just all FUD by Trolls.
And THEN they even deleted the page on it (cache'd by Google)

So we have as i said earlier most guys doing a 180 on it all now.
Which is worth pointing out WHY we continue on with talking about this.

Page 53 one guy was saying why continue posting here ?
Because themerkle had still run that old story (making it safe for investors to go running to Cryptsy)

We never ran a story telling investors it was safe to deposit to cryptsy. I saw this coming miles away when this thread had 7 pages and when one of my writers posted the story warning investors about cryptsy it climbed to the top of Reddit issuing a very hostile response from Cryptsy.

I removed the article because at that point it was a few people complaining and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately our suspicions were true and now it's a bloody mess.

Some suggestions that are working for "some" users:
a) Verify your account to Tier Level 2
b) Request a cancellation of transaction and try making them in smaller amounts.
