We've already broken 1.5m as of this morning! Looks like the spammers are working with GPUs, or the algo has been tweaked for faster confirmations.
Guys, this is amazing. Truly remarkable.
Hat's off to CfB and the whole iota team.

A Personal Quote on BTT from 2011: "I'd be willing to make a moderate "investment" if the value of the BTC went below $2.00. Otherwise I'll just have to live with my 5 BTC and be happy. :/" ...sigh. If only I knew.

...and when will iota hits the market? any fix plan related to this? Thanks.
Last what I heard: may be 2, may be 4 weeks. But we already reach 1'000'000 milestone, so I hope for 2 weeks. And I really hope manual claims could be taken care of someday in foreseeable future...

Do we have a documentation that explain how it scales (i.e. the tangle size stocked on each node will not grow exponentially)?

hi, where i can find the iota wallet dat file? dont see any on the iota folder! Please help me!
There is no such thing as wallet dat. You MUST remember your seed (password/passphrase of 81 characters). Without it, im afraid you loose all access to your funds. Only seed (password/passphrase of 81 characters) to acces my wallet, i affraid with my IOTA stolen like another my altcoin.

Are we supposed to run 1.0.5 after the 26050 milestone and what's up with the inflating .iri files?

If you aren't yet synced up to the place in the tangle (sort of like blockchain) where the transactions took place than you probably still have your funds but they wont show up till you sync further.

Even if it is saying 0, copy that address and check it on the iota explorer http://tangle.guru/if you still don't see your balance then something is wrong. but if it shows something, then it means your client is not very sync'd up properly and you have not lost your fund.

Have you ever created a passphrase / seed to claim your IOTA? If so, and if you have not stored the passphrase / seed, you will not be able to get access to your IOTA. If you have not created a passphrase yet, then just use a secure password generator locally on a clean machine. Ideally, create a password with exact 81 characters and store it on a save place. Then nobody should be able to stole your IOTA. hi, where i can find the iota wallet dat file? dont see any on the iota folder! Please help me!

Remove.
If you don't mind me asking. Why? Bandwidth consumption with PD is not sustainable for most users. Another option is to keep PD and configure a limit for inbound/outbound peers but I don't know if this is a viable solution. Snapshotting. In my understanding old .iri files can be deleted to keep the size of the locally observed tangle somewhat manageable. With PD this is not possible, the size of the files have to grow to infinity, though my knowledge on this particular issue is extremely limited
