Thanks @Russlenat, this is a great news, Jokic playing for the playoffs and he is fully healthy, my worries are gone now, this team would really surprise big teams when the playoffs starts.
I think you're not the only one that is worried that Jokic might not play in this play-off, I'm sure there are a lot of fans here and the team itself. There lots of talks and worries about this star but now everything is clear that he will be joining his team and play one the NBA resumes. At least the air has been cleared, although we will see what will be the effect on him reducing so much weight during the pandemic.
It's interesting how he will adjust and how it will benefit the entire team, guessing that he will do more outside attacks types of game like Dirk. Big man who really can do both, attacking inside and shooting outside.

I am not expecting a kind of Dirk Move yet, I haven't seen him do that, the fadeaway shot or anything similar with Dirk move. It's still remain to be seen, hopefully what we will see is an improvement, not the other way around.

Lol! Now I understand why Isiah Thomas tweeted about Troy Daniel's food quoting "there's no way Bron will be eating this." pertaining to the food in the picture. LeBron did enjoy a delicious looking food while the others don't. Joel Embed tweeted about the food as well, saying he'd lose 50 pounds with those. I just learned, It also happened in WNBA. Not only with the food, but also with the rooms and laundry room. I guess these will be added to the burden that the players would face, and it will greatly affect their game. These athletes supposed to have a good and comfortable rest, but I guess they won't be in their best shape if these concerns won't get fixed.

I guess these will be added to the burden that the players would face, and it will greatly affect their game.

Bettors would definitely look at this factor, with that said, I think at the beginning of the game when season resumes, I would put my money on the under, on all the scheduled games.

Nice analysis man, you called that advance capping of games, and I'd like to add, you can also consider the court on why betting on under would hit because they are not familiar with it, but it's good to bring the further discussion at the appropriate thread.

So he will be back to Chicago Bulls..(hopefully he'll be choosen)
This is a great news for the Bulls fans, AFAIR Tom Thibodeau has done a great job with the Bulls back then, so maybe he can fix the Bulls to be back to become a playoff contender team. I remember the old days, the Derrick Rose era in Bulls and Tom was the head coach that time.
No, it will be his former team. https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/tom-thibodeau-formally-interviews-with-knicks-remains-favorite-for-their-coaching-job-per-report/New York Knicks. He had been an assistant coach back then and now he has a high chance to take the coach position. Maybe they will prefer to cut all their salaries instead of playing hoops. They have to be considerate of whatever they will be offered by the accommodation. Companies making food and farms are also affected by the pandemic. It's not just the NBA.

To be honest I have worked in hotels before and I can tell you that when you do arrange a big group staying and you arrange their food beforehand, whoever made the arrangement requests for the food before hand, so it is not a shock that they got this. Hotel just provides you with whatever was asked, this means problem has to be with NBA. If you asked to be delivered New York steak with fancy salad and amazing drinks with great sides, you WILL get that, and if players are not paying for their stay, and if teams are not paying for the stay, that means NBA is paying for the stay itself and they wanted to cause it to cost a lot less.
I am sure this is also arranged food, so if you are in hotel and do not like the food you get, you can always order room service and pay as well. I do not see it as big of a problem as it is made out to be. You really think they can't just call room service and order a big cheeseburger with fries on the side? Of course they can.

Plus, contrary to what others think I find Ben Simmons not "that" good, everyone acts like a super star but I think he is just a "good" player at max all-star level but not super star level.
Simmons is very good player, but not good fit with Philadelphia 76s, and their current roster. In general, I don;t think that Embiid and him are not good fit, and I don't see them winning NBA championship while playing together and having this type of players around them. Same goes for Embiid, he would be even better with diferent type of players, 76s need more shooters to spread the floor and give Embiid more room. Hell, in that case maybe Even Simmons and Embiid would work together. But Philadelphia management decided to go different way. There is something out there. Although they have different positions, the attack model is very similar. Both go to the ring, the 76th would be someone like Trae Young, or Damian Lillard. But again, here you need to build an attack strategy and not just how to assemble a random team in allstars. Recently, there was a rumor that Damian Lillard is demanding a trade, maybe he can go with the Philadelphia 76ers, but AFAIR, he only mentioned 2 teams, the LA Lakers and the Knicks. You gave him an idea now, lol.. he could really fit with the 76ers and this team might be a championship contender with him. Lakers are definitely not - they already have crowded stars, there is nothing to pay contracts for. But as for Knicks: although they are interested in Lillard, but it is not a fact that it may be a promising option. There, the composition must be completely changed, and not the fact that the leadership will be able to do it competently (since they have not been able to assemble a competitive team for the last 10 years).

Damian Lillard to Lakers would be just unfair and league would become like a monopoly when Warriors was good. Not that warriors are bad, they just have injuries and with their players returning back I think they will once again be good, obviously not as good as time when they had Durant, but still good. Damian Lillard - Danny Green - Lebron James - Anthony Davis - Whatever center they can conjure up means championship without a doubt. I feel like Lakers just don't have the assets to trade for a guy like Dame, he would be required to give up too much and lakers did that with getting AD anyway so they don't have that anymore.
However Sixers could do that. Would they be better? I don't know. I mean getting Dame and losing Simmons is a profit, but what else are they going to give up? Plus Dame and Embiid would be awesome but what else do they have? They tanked for years and years and had one of historical worst season in history and yet they would end up with just Dame and Embiid? They should have a lot more to show for it if you ask me. That team wouldn't be a championship team, would be definitely conference finals level but not championship at all.

They might look good on paper but there is no assurance that these starts would blend well. Lillard is good at his position as PG, he always bring the ball but Lebron has already transformed himself to be a good PG, so probably that would affect the style of play of Lillard where we see him very effective at, we don't want to see him like a catch and shoot type of player as I don't think that would work for him and lastly, he needs to adjust as he is not the main man in the team anymore when playing with Lebron. However Sixers could do that. Would they be better? I don't know. I mean getting Dame and losing Simmons is a profit, but what else are they going to give up? You'll never know unless you see it, Lillard will be having an easier journey in the East than in the West and Sixers does not only have Embiid and Lillard as there stars, let us not forget that they still have Horford and Harris, these two are very reliable.

I guess these will be added to the burden that the players would face, and it will greatly affect their game.
These athletes supposed to have a good and comfortable rest, but I guess they won't be in their best shape if these concerns won't get fixed.
Bettors would definitely look at this factor, with that said, I think at the beginning of the game when season resumes, I would put my money on the under, on all the scheduled games. Clever! I have thought of that before I mentioned those things. Well, infact there are actually a couple of things to consider while betting on the under. Just like what @Vaculin have mentioned. And, I have a strong feeling, it would be effective early on the season resume. While on the other hand, about the Lillard-Lakers talk. It's actually still far from happening. I guess Lillard is just showing an interest when he was ask his primary choice of team " IF" he will be traded (which I don't think the Blazers will be doing so atm.) And, IF by any chances, these trade will happen. For sure, all of the Lakers role players will be involved in this blockbuster trade. That includes Kuzma, Green, Bradley, KCP, and Dwight. I don't know, but that's the closest I could think of.

If Lillard is really interested to get traded like Leonard did back then, I think it's possible as it would be detrimental to the team if they will allow Lillard still playing but not on his full interest, the team will suffer with that as he is the leader of the team if I am not mistaken. But Lakers, I think he does not fit their, it would be a conflict of position for Lebron James, Knicks would be a great choice based on the name of the teams mentioned, and under the new coach of Tom Thibodeau, well hopefully can make NY an exciting team to watch again, otherwise he is not proving he can carry a team if the NY will still tank.

I think that trade will be less likely to happen. Lakers line up is being influenced by Lebron just like green his former teammates that has been transfer to their team. The lakers also has good line up now and this is one of the difficult team beat for now. Definitely the lakers will going to go for a championsh game or if not pretty sure higher chances that the team will be in a semi finals match.

Hm, i must admit that I missed that rumor about Lillard wanting to move to either Lakers or Knicks. While I understand why someone would want to come to Lakers (winning championship of course), why on earth would he, or anyone ambitious go to Knicks?? Maybe money and exposure on the bigger market, but he already has shit load of money, so that would be kinda stupid reason to move. He is not even from NY, so not even that woulnd't be a good reason. Knicks have their reasons. They say they want to build something new. Which is why they didn't offer anything to Kyrie and KD. They just reported they did to avoid mass hatred. Good old Knicks, always "building" something and planning, but never delivering. At least not for the last 50 years or so. . But their management obviously doesn't care, Knicks are money making machine whether they win or loose.

I may have to disagree with the power rankings made by cbssports. https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/nba-rookie-power-rankings-where-first-year-players-stand-heading-into-the-orlando-restart/1. Zion 2. Ja Morant 3. Nunn 4. Hachimura 5. Herro 6. Clarke They are basing on stats but not for the whole season. Below Ja Morant description you could read this. If it weren't for Williamson coming in and snatching the spotlight for 19 games, Morant would be the unquestioned Rookie of the Year WHAT!!??

Yeah and now Lillard shouted out in social media he wanted to play in either Lakers or Knicks. They may have a new plan now to add this young sharpshooter with the rest of whatever they are building out there. I am sure that Knicks fans are dreading of their "cunning plans" It is rare to see such mismanaged NBA franchise for so many years, and on such a big market where tou can basically attract almost any free agent. If I am Knicks owner, I would simply hire Masai Ujiri. He is the guy that could lead them to previous levels. Below Ja Morant description you could read this. If it weren't for Williamson coming in and snatching the spotlight for 19 games, Morant would be the unquestioned Rookie of the Year WHAT!!?? Yeah that sentence doesn't make much sense. Sure, Zion snatched the spotlight in those 19 games, and he would probably get ROTY award this year if he played enough games, but in current situation, Ja Morant will be unquestioned Rookie of the Year. No one is considering giving Zion that award, therefore Morant will be unquestioned ROTY.
