Do you mean Pau, not Marc?
They really are strong and there's no doubt with it. As long as these big three is with them and they've already synchronized as they won the championship last season. They've made history because it was done in a bubble.
I agree that there is a big chance that they'll get a back to back title.
Very possible to win that back to back championship Title. They still have the momentum and even they've traded important players who helped them to win it from the bubble, those who replace them are also capable of filling it up. Though they've loss it up from the clippers today there are still lots of games to cope up and continue the quest of winning back. They are still up and strong, their roster line up is still dependable. The first matches are like the warm-ups for this season. Although it is one of their boosters for their feelings if they get the first win in the league. But we've seen something like this many times and they won't just allow to have their loss a streak. We'll see the match tomorrow on Christmas day against Dallas.

The nets looked great last actually. Was expecting some rust from Durant but he looked real good for his first game back from the injury. Bulliah on Nets going forward. They will hit bumps but if they play like that most of the season they will be a tough out.
I agree, although they are the favourite against GSW, I thought that Durant will be rusty that's why I put a bet on GSW to at least pull some upset. But it seems that Durant didn't missed anything and so is Kyrie, so I think the odds might shift in favour of Nets chances of winning this years championship with that first game performance from Durant. So it's scary I would say how the two will combine, perfectly healthy in the East. If they continue playing like that then for sure changes will take place. Odds from the bookmakers will follow this first game performances coming from the entire squad of the Nets, Kyrie and KD really showcase their talents they've been so good so far, good catch for the fans watching them playing at home with this combined great performance.

Look this could have been a historical night for Nikola Jokic if he was just made that winning score. But that's just the way it is, right? anyway, he was amazing tonight looking forward to seeing his next games. VIA: NBA BUZZ

I'm also moved to see how Durant made it well against Golden State Warriors. Everybody thought that it would be harder for Nets because of the past situation of KD. But it didn't showed that he's still in that situation before and the next matches of Nets will be followed by many.

He's the man, he will continue to make that kind of stats as he plays longer in the NBA, probably the best big man in today's generation and I like his hardwork and he still remain humble. Denver has a long way to go, some teams just have a bad opening game but the law of average will prevail.

He keeps impressing he's fans the way he played last night, though it's still a long road and lots of adjustments from different teams and trades still possible to happen, but for now Nets have a better chance to win this from the East and also a chance to win the title.

Before he came and Irving, nets is not a playoffs team but if they will help to give success to the team, Durant will be appreciated by the fans. I love their chances this season to be honest, as long as they are healthy, we will see a great playoffs.

https://twitter.com/wojespn/status/1341872675824779266The Rockets don't have the required eight available players, league says. The league made a mistake. There should be way less than 72 games in a season. Because of covid-19 many games will be postponed. This will be a long season again. They should also allow teams to hire more than just 15+2 players. Another Covid-19 related case. Whew. This will keep on coming if they don't follow health protocols. I hope it's not another delivery urge for the food outside. Big win for the Spurs against the Grizzlies. De Rozan starting off good aldridge Aldridge was able to contribute as well. I hope this team remains consistent throughout the season. The players owe it to their coach who is nearing his retirement days.
If they can win against a healthy Grizzlies team then I guess they are already on a good track. Dejounte Murray had a lot of contributions. 21pts 6 rebs 9assts Wow! Something changed with the Spurs play. More outside shots.

I think I read somewhere something like that, and they are showing now what they are preparing in the last season, so can we expect a surprise from the spurs here? I did not predict them to be in the playoffs this season, so I might be wrong.

Hey Dude. How much did you pay for this legendary account? Why did you buy it? Are you trying to defraud other people???Am I crazy or did Lakers actually looked... great? I get that they lost the game, I get that everyone was expecting them to win but Clippers came out with tempted up emotions, since they lost the last game of last year, they have been attacked like crazy, plus Lakers won the ring, and also got Harrel as well so Clippers was on full force attack and aggressive defense so I get it. However for a starting them Lakers played like an opening night versus Clippers playing like it is the 7th game of NBA finals, and Lakers didn't even lose by that much.
However talking about how everyone knows what they have to do, the team finally looked like it really has a full team of people who know what they should do, instead of just focusing on talent. Drawing the roles very clearly make things a lot easier for the teams and Lakers really look like a well oiled machine if you ask me.

70 games, 60 games, 50 games or 20-man roster, 18-man roster, 15-man roster, etc. won't matter at all if there's always a postponement. I don't think the league made a mistake. That was a good decision cutting the season from 82 games. It's just that there are unfortunate things really happen. And if Rockets only have the required players, the game will proceed. Hopefully, no more (even impossible) or only a few Covid-19 related cases will happen in the future. Yes it matters. There are Olympic games this year in Japan. NBA have to end before Olympics. Not to mention other sport events. NBA finals will have hard time to compete with all those events. To solve this problem, they should reduce number of games in the regular season. Since there is no crowd, the teams would not lose that much income. There are 30 teams. if each team plays twice with every team that is 58 games. That would be totally enough.

I thought that the GSW will have a chance to beat the NETS but Kyrie and KD put a show in the 1st half especially in 2nd quarter. If the performance of the NETS will continue in these upcoming match then there is a high possibility that they will be part of the top 3 teams in the current season. I only hoping that those two players will stay healthy because they are one of the all star players who are now prone to injury wherein it can affect their future performance and also their contracts.

After the bubble Pop made a comment about how Bubble was a lot different and they wanted to get to that route versus last years' regular season. Now don't get me wrong this doesn't mean that they will be suddenly an amazing team, not like they are fighting for a ring this year, nothing really changed that way. However they missed the playoffs by just an inch, they could have made it with one or two more games so they just realized that maybe being a bit more attacking could have done that.
Teams are all going small + one big, Spurs have one big that can shoot and also defend inside, so what they are doing now is putting LMA in and surround him with fast and effective players. Plus giving the young players some chance is the best part, they needed likes of Lonnie and Keldon to play, instead of players like Bryn and Bellineli who was just a defensive blackhole and without them they will definitely be better.

Crazy games last night as Bucks missed a point clutch game with Giannis ...who else can miss like this the free trows ? Orlando Magic left me such a good impression after the game last night followed by Hawks who simply destroyed Bulls , making Trae Young simply unguardable for a team like Bulls.
Phoenix Suns will make the play-offs without any doubts.

Yeah, the Warriors were looking very weak in the first game against the Nets. I know it's only one game, but I guess that this season will be difficult for Curry if his teammates don't start helping him on the court.
It's difficult, no Klay for the whole season because of injury. Definitely it's difficult but the season is long, they will adjust in the long run, what I just hope is Curry to be fully healthy in the regular season and hopefully in the postseason if they are lucky to enter in the playoffs. Wiggins and Oubre Jr. just have to improve in their next game, both of them are shooting pretty awful in that game. That's the thing if those two would improve in just a short period of time. They can help Stephen all of this time and we can see if there's any change after several games. If there's an improvement, for sure, there will be fans that would be turning back to them and seeking that they'll be able to do it at the playoffs. Only if they can make the games win through hoping with Stephen's incredible shots. Those two don't have to be good at shooting, they can look for better positions while helping in other ways.

This is very unpredictable start of NBA season and bookmakers are not helping us at all so I am not sure what to think about Miami Heat vs New Orleans Pelicans game. Miami Heat looks like a favorite but they already lost from Pelicans two times this year, and they lost last game against Orlando Magic. I don't see any big stars in their team and main players now are Adebayo and Dragic with most points, but I have no idea what to think about next game with Pelicans.

I guess the Giannis and the Bucks ain't ready for championship title yet, specially now that teams in the East are becoming a real strong competitors. While on the other hand, the young Celtics still struggles to win the conference finals from the last five years. I mean these both teams are good teams, but not much to win a title. Let's see what these both teams got in 2021 NBA season.

Too early to say but this type of team caliber would really still have that kind of chance but they would really be needing to step up because same as you said where East teams does have powerhouse teams which wont really be an easy road or wall for them to break. That game was a close one but well every game does only have 1 winner and looser. We are still starting up for this season, so its just too early to tell that they arent doing good.
