The Lakers are crazy… This Westbrook deal has to make them the favorites again. They need to figure out why Drummond didn’t work and fix that problem in the middle as well as add a shooter, but I think this Lakers team is going to make the Nets wait another year before they get to hoist a title with this lineup if they can all stay healthy.

Yup, it gonna be Showtime again, we all know that Russ loves to run with the ball and with James and Davis at the wing, we might see them having a good time with fast break dunks. But they need some perimeter guys as well, that can defend to opposing teams main man. Russ doesn't want to play defense or at least stay away from fouling anyone. So just imagine if both teams are healthy, Lakers vs Nets in the finals next season, that will be fire. James vs KD, Westbrook vs Harden. I think its a win-win for both teams, Harrell was not a perfect fit to the Lakers and Kuzma, oh well, we see him choking in the playoffs. KCP is a 50-50 to me, although it seems that he also play below par in the series against Phoenix. I remember James urging him to shoot the ball.

Westbrook will be so effective if Lebron will give up that PG to position and give the right to Westbrook to handle it and make some plays. Yes the Lakers got a reliable and a talented triple-double guy in Westbrook but lets not forget the contributions that Trez KCP and Kuz to the Lakers team. Trez and KCP are a good defenders and Kuz is a good role player at least.

The deal of Wizards-Lakers have been done. Like what I've done with the Nets in 2020-2021 NBA season, I will not expect too much with this 3 superstars on the Lakers because like you said, they are inconsistent because of the injuries. I'm thinking that the Wizards have won this trade just because of how efficient KCP is and how good Harrell and add a role player maybe in Kuzma.

Him and Beal has a good chemistry in the Wizards team, of course he is a ball hog but we sure see him adjust when he went to Washington. And I guess he needs to adjust because he is not the alpha of the team but Lebron is.

Gonna be fun to watch as long as him and Lebron are healthy as a team. But they need to acquire more role players, like a replacement for KCP. AD and Drummond + Gasol will do the center/power forward position, but what they lack is the 2nd spot.

When it comes to defense, LA Lakers has no problem with that as Lebron, Davis and Westbrook is a good defender, they just need to stay healthy so next time their goal to win a championship again will be realize.

Suns has no chance anymore, that's real talk. With the stronger Lakers now, even if Davis will be injured in the playoffs, they still have Westbrook and Lebron who are both MVPs and they can give problems to their opponent. I don't see acquiring Westbrook as the Lakers are desperate to win the championship. Maybe because of the timing. Prior to that, the closest possible deal was between Spurs and Kings. I think that was started when the Wizards openly discussed the possibility of trading Westbrook this off-season and Westbrook reportedly moving home to Los Angeles.

Kuzma is still young but since he's not effective in the Lakers system, it's good to consider trading him while he's still valuable. Last season, James and AD were sidelined for over a month but never seen this young guy stepping up. He admits before that he's the number 3 in the Lakers but never proved it. However, what's the good thing about this guy is when exploded, he has a good stat line. He's a good addition to the Wizards.

These names that you mentioned were very useful to their previous teams, some of them are even star players so there's no doubt they'll step up if given a good playing time.  Talen Horton-Tucker, this young fella has good potential, maybe the reason why the Lakers is still keeping him. I would be so happy if Westbrook could bring his game with the LA Lakers. I don't know, but I have a feeling that Lebron would always want to be the star of his team so Westbrook's production might be limited. When Westbrook had that good average with Wizards, can you also tell me what his teammates average? here's my thoughts, if Lebron and Davis will average a double double, Westbrook's average might go down.
