Word has it that JaVale McGee is going to sign with the Sacramento Kings. I think he’s a great pickup for anyone, but will certainly help the Kings off the bench. Any big bodies to help beat up opposing teams when Sabonis is on the bench will be a welcomed addition in Sacramento. The most exciting gimmick in sports, the beam, will be on full display next season.
I hate the fact that McGee has been benched when he's on the Mavericks. Well, McGee is more of a traditional big, and with today's pace of the game, he will be having a hard time coping up since he's mostly a rebounder, and not a shooter. I was surprised that the Warriors aren't getting him as well because he's a good fit there, but anyway, him with the Kings as their back up center would be a good fit I guess. A back up for Sabonis whenever he's off the court, can provide at least 8 rebounds if given the time, and a threat on the paint as well. He became a bench warmer after the Lakers championship. It must be age but how are other teams interested in him? I think Coach Mike Brown might be one of the responsible people for this. The time with McGee at Golden State Warriors may have given Coach Brown some idea about his next plan. And the young Sacramento Kings might also need some veteran and a champion perspective. McGee is the best man for that. I bet they will try to use him so that Sabonis will learn more about being a center in their practice games. Last season, Sabonis was mostly fouled out as he was too aggressive defending the rim. If McGee could help him minimize that then this would be a good arrangement for the Kings. I will be looking forward for the Kings to climb the playoffs, or better, the Conference Finals.

I will be looking forward for the Kings to climb the playoffs, or better, the Conference Finals. And I thought that the Warriors are interested in the services of McGee, after all he played with the team and he could be a good backup for Looney even for just like 10 minutes per game. He can still go and take rebounds, block shots and be a ring defender. He is not also prone to foul trouble an that is one good thing for Javale. But at least he find another home in Sacramento Kings and for sure as you have said, he could help Sabonis hone his skills as a center and not over commit and make that useless fouls that might cost them some games if Sabonis will fouled out or at least have a lot of fouls that the opposing team might take advantage.

That's a positive move for him; they needed a defensive big man, and he makes an excellent backup center for Sabonis. While Javale might not pose a significant offensive threat, he's valuable defensively due to his length and athleticism. I'm genuinely pleased for him; he's not losing his job, even if the contract he's receiving now isn't as substantial as what he received in the past. Moreover, I believe he's a team player, having played for various teams during his career.

Correct, he had significant contributions to the team that had him before, Warriors, Lakers Sunns and Dallas. Maybe it was just a one year offer, but he did his best with that team. And he could be consider as a role player, but he did do his part because defensively, he can block sides and he is athletic, can dunk the ball and grab rebounds. So I do agree that coach Brown saw something in McGee that can elevate the Kings play next season.

For a team like the Kings, who are still relatively young and had a taste of success last season, the addition of a veteran presence like McGee could be invaluable. While I wouldn't expect substantial contributions from McGee, his hard work on the court could indeed ignite energy within the entire team.

and we will expect that Bucks will try keeping him, his demands will be workout to make sure that they will let Giannis feel that they are willing to spend to keep him and let him continue to lead and stay as the main alpha of his team.
That is for sure because losing Giannis will definitely be a big loss for the franchise and they cannot get another Giannis-like in the league who can be the face of their team because he's just the only one. There might be some players who somehow work and play to be his replacement but not really Giannis who is almost a complete package that any team can ask for.

He's undoubtedly their best player, so it wouldn't be surprising if the Bucks face challenges without him. Giannis possesses a skill set that's comparable to that of LeBron James, and we've seen how teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers struggled after LeBron's departure. They underwent a rebuilding phase and, only recently, started to find success in the playoffs, though not to the extent of LeBron's era when they were consistently in the NBA Finals. The Bucks are undoubtedly in a tough spot, but they still have one season to potentially change Giannis' mind, especially if the team manages to have an exceptional season.

They could also use his talks in the locker room to boost the teams confidence and maybe morale too specially after the fact that they are still young and relatively new to the league compared to the other teams who have a star or two in their roster that has been in the sport for quite some time now. He might not as good as the guys in the league now but his presence in the perimeter defense will be valuable to the team and he could also help the team to plan about their move as he already played with the two superteams.

Just because he's demanding and they will deliver that doesn't mean they'll win a championship, by far there are still better team than them and they're eyeing the same goal as Giannis hoping for.

~ Warriors were talked about because of this, he could have the ball, go in, and dish out to Klay or Curry and that would be amazing for them, and teams wouldn't be able to collapse on Curry, since Giannis would be able to actually play good too, so everyone would have to try to stop him, if not then he will score, if they do then he will pass out to greatest shooting duo ever. Not saying that trade will happen, of course it won't but at least I can say that would be a better fit.
Like you, I also thought of that thing as well, but like you said already, him going to the Warriors is almost impossible because they don't have the assets needed to impress the Bucks front office. Giannis' worth is at least an all-star, a good role player, and at least 5 first round picks, and the Warriors don't have that. Which team has the highest chance of getting him? Thunder, Spurs, and the Knicks are the best choice since they have all the assets. This is just basing on one of the videos that I watched on Youtube a few hours ago. Obtaining Giannis is really not that easy to make because he is an expensive asset which means that the Bucks will not certainly send him off with just a nickel, not without a few good trade package to make with so that the team can still recover after Giannis leaves the team. But that is if Giannis will also like the teams that got the right assets to swap. In his words, we can say that he will only go to a team that have some chances to play at the championship rounds as he is not wasting his team in a team that doesn't even stand a chance in the qualifies and just because they have the means doesn't mean that they can get Giannis. If it comes to that, I won't be surprised if he will take down another contract from the Bucks so that he will end in the free agency so that the teams like the Warriors and other top teams can get him with just millions of dollars without giving some trades to any team.

Steve Kerr is stirring the pot by saying that he would love to coach Giannis, saying he’s not only a great player but also a great person. I think that’s probably as much as he can say without getting fined for tampering, but it’s pretty clear that Golden State is going to do everything they can to try and sign Giannis when the time comes.

But if they will fail to do so, chances that they will suffer if Giannis decides to leave and find another team who can give him that chance to win more titles in his career.

Honestly, I don't see why the Kings need him. His performance last season wasn't very impressive, as he averaged only 4.4 points and grabbed only 2.5 rebounds per game. That's pretty bad stats for a guy who's over 7 feet tall. Besides, if I'm not mistaken, the Kings already have a few backup centers (Noel, Queta, Len, and Labissiere). So why do they need another one?

Probably now Giannis is going to be Interested in moving to Golden State. But definitely, Steve Kerr was playing with fire. I know I have already said that he should not be facing any penalties for this. But at the same time, it wouldn't have been very weird to see him get punished, to be honest. But this can definitely have a big affect on the decision of Giannis if he actually wants to move to Golden State.

Steve Kerr is stirring the pot by saying that he would love to coach Giannis, saying he’s not only a great player but also a great person. I think that’s probably as much as he can say without getting fined for tampering,
He needs to be careful with the words that he's going to release especially on this stuff. But yeah, this could be the hint that he's saying that Giannis is welcome to get into the Warriors anytime he wishes or whenever he's already allowed to. but it’s pretty clear that Golden State is going to do everything they can to try and sign Giannis when the time comes.
It is going to be exciting if they can do it this season and if it's possible to make some trade offers to the Bucks. But if not, we have to wait until a year until he goes free agent. Anything is possible for a team that wants him badly and he badly wants to be with.

I think he is not as athletic as he used to be and that is the main reason, same reason for Deandre Jordan as well, you think someone like that back in the day when he could jump out of the building wouldn't get attention right now? But dude is barely in the league, same with Mcgee, he just doesn't have the attention anymore because he is not as athletic as he used to be. The last few years has shown that. Hell, Dwight Howard has been out of the league for a while, and dude is not that old, but when you are a big man with athletic abilities and then lose that, you are not going to be that much loved by everyone all at the same time, it just can't be valued anymore. This is what I believe is the main reason.

His free agency is so far away so many things can happen by then, with one of them being the Bucks winning another chip and having a top team. Why would giannis want to leave at that point. Or he gets injured and alters his desirability around the league, or any other thing that changes the current outlook. What we know now is the Bucks ain't in the market to trade him.

He still have 2 more seasons so there's still plenty of time for him decide which team will he play next if the Bucks becomes weaker. Same goes for the Bucks management, they still have plenty of time to make adjustments with their roster to complement Giannis leadership with the team. It's most probably they're not gonna be trading away Giannis if he requested to, since it's going to be so hard to make a block buster trade that involves Giannis. Well, I guess we're just too excited to see Giannis to land in GSW. Pretty sure he will agree to a pay cut in exchange for a high probability of winning another ring.

Suddenly I'm seeing a lot of talk about the Suns trading Bradley Beal... I don't even know if that's an option or something they would want, but I'm hearing names like Donovan Mitchell and James Harden. I doubt the Suns would be willing to take on Harden as he's a huge risk and has already said he wants to be the number one option on whatever team he lands on, but Mitchell might be a legitimate option if they were trying to flip Beal. I'd personally rather have Beal as I think he fits in better with other stars, but Mitchell is an elite player when it comes time to show it.

Mitchell would be a nice switch but doubt cavs would do that, and Harden just doesn't make any sense for the Suns. Why would they already give up on Beal. Where have ypu seen this chatter? And last isn't there a set period of time that has to go by before he can be traded again? If there is bad blood on that team already I'd be surprised.
