His life would be easier if he focuses on his three-point shooting because Luka will easily attract defenders inside, likely getting doubled since he can beat one-on-one matchups with ease. Plus, Irving loves attacking the paint and can break down defenses, so Klay should be ready to catch and shoot. It’s crucial for Klay to maintain a strong three-point percentage for Dallas to have success next season.

Yes, that's what I'm trying to say, he is known to be still one of the best shooter in the NBA, and so he will just have to find his perfect spot to hit that outside shot. Or Jason Kidd design a good play for him, just like when he was in GSW, so win win for the Dallas team.

As for the Celtics, they are the defending champion and so many thinks that they can make back to back this year. So no doubt that those GM's voted for them. But there are still outside factors that we can't control, God forbids, it's the injury and so we can only hope that they will stay healthy throughout so that they can defend their NBA trophy this season, with Brown and Tatum leading them again.

With that 83%, are GM's saying that the Boston Celtics will repeat as champions again? Yeah, they have the insider information, but I think fans might have to say about it. Dallas has upgraded themselves with the acquisition of Klay. And there are also a lot of teams as well, getting some players to be as competitive as they can be against the Boston Celtics. So let's see, we haven't seen any back to back yet since 2020 if I'm not mistaken, so it's going to be a difficult task for them. As teams when they reach the top, sometimes slack in the next season. So let's see if Boston can do a repeat, if not, I won't be surprised as maybe Dallas could really be another contender team this season or Luka finally getting the MVP nod.

Still a deadly shooter who can take big shots, might be possible to use him as decoy to take that defense and not to bring double team for both Luka and Kyrie, I like to see Klay playing defense again knowing him as a two-way player will be a big help for the Mavs, though it will be tested when they are playing together and stats will showcase if they are blending good playing together.

As the regular is nearing practices and pre-season might be a testing ground to execute chemistries, this job also will  be big for coaches to jive the system for each players that will play along side each other.

In two preseason games, he scored only 2 points and made a few assists, rebounds, and block shots. Anyway, I have my own collection of Michael Jordan's and the Bulls games on DVD. Bought it from a legitimate store way back I forgot the year. Now, the problem is I don't have any player anymore and my computer doesn't have a DVD ROM. So, it's just a decor in the house and eating dust now.

OKC at the 2nd place? Nice. I think the champion will be either the Mavs or the Timberwolves. OKC is not on my list but they could be in my 3rd now. IMO, it's difficult to get a 2-peat championship, the pressure will be there for the young Celtics, and the other teams they defeated will be hungry for revenge.

Really they still think that Celtics would dominate this season? There's huge roster changes happen on many teams and we can say that competition became so hard right now. Even if Celtics is reigning champion still everything is unsure. Trades made by Dallas and Knicks makes their team became more stronger.

But then again let's watch what's gonna happen. Even in pre-season each game became more exciting for each team. We see new potential faces showing up on what they can do for their team.

This shit stats is proven useless on multiple occasions. They are using the previous statistics to come up with the power ranking without considering the current roster of each team.

There’s a lot of factor that can change the game for Boston such as injury, inconsistency and many more that related to player performance. It’s still too early to provide a prediction and there’s no guarantee on NBA since there’s a time that an underdog won a championship just like the Mavs did against the strong team of Heat before.

After a thrilling USA olympics run, I have actually started to get more excited for the upcoming NBA season.  The way i see it, we are witnessing that last great moments of some top 5 all time players such as Lebron and Steph Curry.  Of course you got others up there as well such Durant and a few others.

That being said, I find it hard to believe that anyone could take out the celtics.  We shall see !

Celtics may make a little bit of sense because they are the latest winners, but OKC? I mean sure they had a good regular season but at playoffs they weren't as great as people think they were, so I do not see how they could end up with a win at all, makes no sense to me that they would be the winners. Even Dallas makes more sense because they have three star players and they would be able to win with such squad, not saying they will, just saying they have a better chance. Having a good regular season doesn't really mean you will be a good team.

To be fair, I wouldn't really know basketball more than an NBA gm, so there is a potential that I can't see something that they are seeing, maybe they see something I fail to see. The reality is that we are going to end up with a result that will not be simple at the moment, we can't predict before the season even starts, I try to wait and see at least a few games before I start making bets on which teams look the best.

Gambling odds are definitely better predictors than a group of NBA GMs. I don’t think Boston repeats. I like the Bucks and the 76ers in the East over them. In the West I think it will be between Denver and Minnesota. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Bucks beat the Timberwolves to win it all next year.

As long as giannis is on the court I tend to agree.  The sixers have to fight father time and with big guys I just wouldn't bet on it.  You are going to see a ton of load management out of that team, I hit the under on team wins this year for them.  Either based on games off or injuries alone.  Maxey is gonna be the one that needs to step up he needs to play all-nba like for them to beat the Celtics I think.  I'm high on maxey just not the knee brothers.

The Sixers have a chance to defeat the Celtics, but the Bucks? Their roster is currently the oldest one, and compared to the top teams in the East, heck they can't even compete with them. Without Giannis, the team is just an average team, and we saw that against Indiana last playoffs.

I might disagree with you with the fact that the Celtics can't repeat it because TBH, they have all the pieces to do it. Solid defenders, all-star players, a very deep bench, a very good coach. I mean they have it all and they've risked their future drafts and put themselves outside of the 2nd apron of the new CBA because they believe that with their current roster, they can win it all. I will not be surprised if they can win 2 titles out of the next 3 seasons (including the current one) because that's just how good they are. I just hope that injuries will not be their problem.

As for the West, I like the Thunder to win there or even the Timberwolves like you said. I don't think that the Mavericks can do it again.

While I think CP3 is going to do wonders for that team as far as winning games and developing players, I worry he might actually lead them to the first round of the playoffs with Wemby and I think that will hurt them in the draft. CP3 is known for elevating the game of big men. In teams where he shined, the big men also thrived, especially during his time with the Hornets and Clippers. Those were unfortunate moments, though, as they never made it to the Finals. Right now, all we can hope for is CP3 to stay healthy. If he’s healthy, the team’s ball movement will improve, and Wemby’s game will flourish, especially with more feeds inside.

Maybe he will just be a bad terrible NBA player who only got a few years there because of his dad. Or maybe, he is just a player who was in a very weak draft and a rookie right now, so he could just handle himself better for a while longer.

We know he has like what 4 year contract? That means he has 4 years to prove that he deserves to have an NBA contract, by the end he will be around 24 years old or something, and he will have a chance to be good by then, not great but good enough to stay in NBA at least, and we all know in 4 years Lberon will be gone, so if he gets another contract then it will be all for his own merit and not related to his father.

Please remember, the most important part is, this draft was weak, very weak, and him being drafted is fine because there weren't better players than him after his selection, if he was only drafted for his father then I would bash that decision too, but it was the most logical reason considering he did as alright as he could compared to where he was drafted. Plus he had a big major heart problem on his college career, which made him be drafted a little later than he should be, so taking it slow and gradually becoming better is what he should be doing.
