It is because that's already a content for those sports pages and publications that follow these players like Steph Curry. It's so easy to make stories out of these actions that they do. One story that I have read is that the stint that they have during the Olympics with Lebron James is carried until now and that's what Steph is planning to do.

People should be aware that Steph has a contract until 2025-2026 for the Warriors and it's been said that if there's one team that he'll play after he gets out of the Warriors, it is with the Charlotte Hornets just because of his curiosity but still he haven't thought about getting out of the team. He's a franchise player and I think that if he really wants out of the Warriors, we'd see that anytime soon. But these articles and coverages, they're just adding spice to the story for engagement.

That is how the clicks work, that is how they make money. I mean if you could make a lot of people click on your news or watch your news on youtube etc etc, you make money. Some dude making 12 minute video on youtube (last I remember you needed at least 10 minutes to monetize but maybe that changed) about this, will not talk about anything original, it is just what it is, he did it because he was happy, that's it, but he will talk about how Curry hates warriors because of Klay, or how curry hates because he wants to leave etc etc for 12 minutes.

Not because he believes what he says, but because he is literally making money that way and that is his job, same for news articles, that's their job and they need clicks and that's why they do this.

And they try make people believe that there's something wrong happening and Curry think about leaving to join Lebron. This is good headline and for sure people will get curious to know if this news is true or not.

This is just typical offseason nothing really to talk about conversations.  Things like this come up all the time and then completely die out after the season starts amd we have real basketball to watch and talk about.  Not gonna lie I'd love to see it myself but it's not happening this year.  Maybe at the end of both of theor careers.

Fans are just bringing it back since they've watch them playing together during the Olympics like you said, it's just a attempt to get the attentions but in reality there's no conversation between these two teams, if ever that there's a consideration it would be a big trade that for sure will includes big another star/s to process or to make such move, and the question here is which team will be willing to release their superstar to make things happen.

It's not that much to ask but we can't really do anything about that if this is allowed. So, just expect some crazy more contents most specially that the preseason is coming in a month and a few weeks. There will be more hype contents that will come that we'd see, not just in videos but also in blogs for which are really getting the interest of the sports fans and enthusiasts for the NBA.

Exactly, they are old already and we haven't seen two old players joining team to win a ring. It's usually a old player joining a young and vibrant team and then his experience contribute to the success of the team. Just like when Shaq joins the Heat after leaving the Lakers.

So in paper it could be good to see them in one team, but I highly doubt that they can win a ring together at their age. And they have build their own legacies already, Lebron winning a ring with the Lakers and then Steph 4 rings with the Warriors, that already cemented their legacies.

If this would actually happen it would be yet another "stain" on Lebron's legacy in my opinion. Always teaming up with the best of the best over his career was already ridiculous but this would just look desperate.

Besides there's nothing it brings to Curry if he decide to go to Lakers and same goes with LBJ if he decide to go as well in Warriors since fans would not think about good on that decision they possibly made.

It's what I wanted to see. The NBA needs to promote balance in the league and not allow superstars to join forces to form super teams. These rumors, in my opinion, are baseless. Curry hasn't said anything about joining LeBron; in fact, he is happy with the Warriors and is more inspired now after winning the Olympics. So, I don't understand where these rumors are coming from. Curry is a player who is the main man on his team. If he joins LeBron, he'll only live in LeBron's shadow, which isn't good for him. As a fan, I don't want to see that.

Also, I am happy to see the young buds having fun with the veterans. They will be the next leaders of the USA team and they might as well get some lessons from those two seniors.
But it's not just the USA that made it fun. All the countries who participated are playing a high competitive level of game which is the reason why we also kept on watching the games. Right?

Curry would be 40 years old at that time, the same age LeBron is now. I think it's still possible if Curry can take care of his body and avoid injuries. Curry will continue to make history as the greatest three-point shooter, so it would be another milestone of success for him if, four years from now, he can still be active in the NBA and represent his country once again in the Olympics.

If he were to transfer to another team, I think at his age he might not be focused on competing as intensely anymore, since he’s not getting any younger. He doesn’t have much left to prove after becoming a 4-time NBA champion, so joining a strong team could give him a chance to add more rings to his legacy. Maybe not with LeBron, because that would benefit LeBron as well, and if Curry wants to surpass LeBron in terms of the number of rings, he might want to avoid that. If that’s the case, I’d still want him to be on a championship-caliber team, like Dallas or Denver, perhaps.

GSW has enough budget and has core players that can potentially dominate the league once again. Actually, if Klay play like he use to be during their splash brother days maybe they can possibly have a chance to be a finals contender instead of Mavs.

GSW just lack a good center since Looney is so slow and unreliable while Green is too small to up against real big man like Jokic, Sabonis, Giannis, Embiid and many more. I think GSW will be a monster if they can get Wemby but I doubt Spurs will let go this young talent.

If we're talking about Olympics here, Lebron will be 43 at that time, and if he will play, he will get another achievement again as he will be the oldest male basketball player to ever play in the Olympics. Currently the holder of that record is Marcelo Huertas of Brazil that an age of 41 years, 63 days.

If Lebron really wants to play with Steph, he will be the one going to Golden State because like you, I don't also see Steph not retiring on a Warriors jersey as well. Lebron after this upcoming season will be on a Player Option and he can opt out on that $52,000,000 contract just to have a huge pay cut but he will be playing alongside one of the greatest shooters of all time. The Warriors management can't afford both Steph and Lebron if they will have a contract that they have right now. That would be a disaster for them knowing that both are almost past their prime at that time.

Overall, a huge pay cut for Lebron is an option which I don't think he wants. Another option is that, we are just dreaming because this scenario will never happen.
