Has anyone had any luck getting the Claymore miner to work for decred on zpool? If you have can you provide the syntax for the startup? Thanks!
-dpool stratum+tcp://mine.zpool.ca:5744 -dwal BITCOINADDRESS -dpsw c=BTC,decred =)

Thanks guys... I wanted to test out the Claymore miner and now I can connect and it appears to work. However the performance hit to my Eth mining is pretty significant. I will have to see if there is a way to tweak it somewhat to not make such an impact on the Eth mining. So for now I have back off and just using the Claymore for eth until I can see what I can do to split a smaller portion of my mining off for Decred. Thanks for the fast reply.

Just fool around with your decred intensity. If you don't have the variable set up in your command line it's -dcri x where x is best set to a value in the range of 20-65. For bigger cards like 290 or 390 it seems to work best around 45-65. For smaller cards like 380/280 probably tone it down a bit to 25-50 and so on and so forth for the even smaller cards.

Result: 873-874 MHs per card (DCR) and 29.xx MHs (ETH)

I was complaining about my share % of a block not being proportional to the amount of decred I was being credited. Now those numbers line up perfectly, but my share % and miner hashrate to pool's hashrate are off. Wtf? It's almost like someone is changing different variables in the pool's code so that miners are shorted. Too weird.

Too weird. there some kinks in the web frontend but as long as shares are submitted, the rewards will come. It will come slow than usual because DCR has a long confirmation and long block period. My other algos like X14 and Argon2, have weird numbers on the pool frontend too but my payouts are about consistent with comparison to other pools.

Is DECRED not being mined right now? My rate has gone to 0 and it is not showing in the list of mined algo's via web.

Yeah, looking into why they're not being added automatically. I think it's just a delays in the block updates, since... well we have a lot of coins and blocks being found.

SHA is very tricky to be profitable off NH. I've been renting GPU algo's hash nearly a month ago and haven't run out and am ~0.12 up

Very difficult to make a profit out of nichhash rent. It has to be at a huge discount. The rate has to cover:
Nicehash fees Pool fees Extra fees paid to miners for coin switches (not insignificant) Time spent on low diff coins (block solutions lost when stratum diff > coin diff, + block solving hashes can be submitted quicker than the block notify mechanism leading to less blocks solved) Pool speed vs recorded speed (should balance out, but seems to take a big hit when the nicehash orders looses speed against a high stratum diff) An element of luck solving high difficulty coins
Unless you can sustain an order with at least s 25% discount, I would say there is not much of a chance of making a return.
