If you are staking that much, you need to delete the 'blocks' and 'chainstate' folders from your working directory, then restart the wallet. Then run zap option 1 and then unlock for staking. Not sure how u would have these issues unless u started off with a bad chain copy.

Staking is a matter of chance and statistics. You should keep this experiment going and see on average it takes the 50k to stake each time. It looks like right now the average staked coin is about 3.4k

Is it taking anyone else much longer than 48 hours to start getting rewards on newly created masternodes? I set up quite a few MN's nearly two and half days ago. Only one has received a reward so far.

I would think that's normal for first payment considering we have nearly 1400 masternodes now.

staking question:

i have 75k+ of dnet in my darknet unlocked wallet and the wallet has been up for two days, yet it still says that "staking is not active.  it is not setup as a masternode.

so how long does the wallet need to be up and running before it becomes actively staking my coins?

is there a console command that needs to be run to get the wallet to start staking?

please advise.

wallet version is:  DarkNet Core version v2.1.3.0-71d4969 (32-bit)  8 active connections.

restart your wallet and unlock it again. should fix it.

that did it, its green and staking.  feel kind of dumb that i just didnt do that originally, but oh well.  its working now .  thanks to everyone who responded with the helpful information.   Smiley Smiley

hehe no worrys. invite other crypto and non crypto friends here. we are a growing community that are welcome to any support that can be provided.

atm this is a small project with lots of potential. we just need more exposure and devs willing to help to advance the coin.

With 1400+ nodes, I would think it will take 3+ days to get first reward, maybe a bit longer

Around the 60 hour mark all my newly added MN's started staking like champs.

BTW, I think I found a workaround to the frequent wallet freezing/lagging issue.

It looks like it's related to the number of transactions shown on the transactions tab.
So if you have lots of masternode or stake payments, you could be affected by it.

To minimize the intermittent lag/freeze, go to the transactions tab and change the first column from ALL to TODAY.
That will limit the range and list will be much shorter. This has reduced my freezing time/frequency to near zero.

Anyways, if you have struggled with this issue, definitely try it out and let us know how you go. Cool

cool, we crossed 500K , market position climbed to # 96... Today's volume doubled

also current very tight supply on an exchange, our next target will be 0.00001700  (or ~ 120$ per master node, getting expensive... good!)

this ain't happening, you might already raise the bar , 17.4788   10.3140   859497.48845625 0.00001200

I also noticed that MN Info Page has its block number stuck at 371666.

However, my wallets and masternodes are all syncing well and all are on same block/ hash.
e.g. I'm at block 372272 as of writing this with getblockhash output ending with a9c6eb.

So seems only the MN info page is stuck. Server issue I assume.
Edit: Dev is already aware of this and have notified Crowning. Cool
