According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

NiceHash Miner 1.7.5.13NEW

Download:
https://www.nicehash.com/?p=nhmintro

Changes:
  • Updated Claymore ZecMiner to 12.5
  • Updated Claymore Eth Dual Miner to 9.4
  • New Dual algo profit switching with Claymore Eth Dual Miner thanks to DillonN.

https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashMiner/releases/tag/1.7.5.13

Will this release make Eth and Decree dual mining with Nvidia cards, also when I am mining with ATI cards I don't see it mining both coins ETH and DECREED.

yuh good job
https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=calc gives estimates of 320, and 470 for the Ti, so yes seems good
'dropdowns': could be anything: rig is 'overcrowded' so #3 overheating, a bad gpu, a bad riser, typo in bat file...
follow these threads and ask there maybe https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1877588.0

Is there any way to make payouts to a different currency? I think that'd be easier to allow users to cashout in ETH for example due to faster transactions and smaller fees.

i would agree on having an ability to withdraw in different coins alternative to btc. Its great idea and should be implemented.

It is time to diversify so I agree with this idea too. In times of crash and btc value that goes down it would be easier to get directly paid in your preferred currency to your preferred exchange. Also I think to add a manual withdraw would be good , of course this to have high fees as everywhere else but to be as an option.

You can withdraw manually if you are mining to NiceHash wallet.

That's a solution too but it doesn't help users avoid the currently ridiculous bitcoin transaction fees either. A cashout option in other cryptocurrencies would be more convenient for both you and the users, and would also attract more hash power form home miners to you. I'm sure Nicehash has staff or partners with the technical knowledge to implement such a thing.

We have limited staff, because there are so many things to be done, but sadly, not a single exchange wanted to partner up. As a response, we decided to make our own exchange and eventually beat all the existing ones just like we beat all the multipools in the past years Smiley

Do you have plans to include Skein algo in the future?

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

Skein algorithm would be very nice to have added. I know the developers are very busy implementing new features and expanding their services to meet the huge demand right now, but perhaps sometime later on we may be able to mine skein via Nicehash?

Hello NiceHash OP.

Very friendly miner you have, congrats.

I have disabled multiple instances in the latest miner, I have two GPUs on my rig, but it still splits the GPUs sometimes into two different instances, is that normal?

tks!

I've got a problem with your version 2.0.0.7 of NiceHash miner program, from https://new.nicehash.com/
It stays on "Starting Excavator Server...", with the process taking 25% of the CPU, and nothing happens.

Using default settings, my MSI RX 480 4G runs DaggerHashimoto at ~22,1 MH/s. Here (https://www.nicehash.com/?p=calc) it says - though for a 8GB version - that RX 480 should be able to do 29 MH/s. Can someone point me to the right direction how to optimise my card to reach such hashrate?

Is there a way to run only specific coins through this? It has a nice interface but I can't choose what to mine.

I'm using GTX 1080ti and sometimes rate drops to $7/day that's immensely low for a card of this grade.

Minergate another similar app allows us to choose what to mine , how can I do the same on this? Any pointers?
