I have also been waiting over 48 hrs and have received a "working on it" message as well. Is there something going on with the site or Dwolla? I have never had these issues before.
Edit - Note that Dwolla says money transferred and it has been removed from my account

When I use your service I expect instant results (within reason, understand if it's relatively close to instant). I'm sure you could understand my frustration especially when I see other people with my exact same problem posting after me and you follow up with processing their order. Could I ask what the problem was so it could possibly be avoided next time?

Hey, i sent some funds via bitinstant bitcoin to email and did not recieve the coinapult address so i can access my funds, rachel at the bitinstant support said that she forwarded my order info to the coinapult support, still no coinapult email... i sent the funds wednesday and now it is saturday... what is going on??? It's my second order, and I'm having the same problem with 'failed verification' again. First time Rachel fixed it the next day, but it seems nobody replies to emails to Bitinstant support on weekend. I sent my email to support on Friday, but no reply so far. I don't know if this is normal or not, you would know better than me. If everything checks out in the end, I will have no problem working with you a lot more in the future. Thanks! Hi,
I've sent a couple of PM's, and emails, then I found this thread, which seems to be the right place to put this problem.
I initiated a transfer through BitInstant from my Dwolla Account to my MtGox account.
The amount I requested, $399 immediately left my Dwolla account, but there seems to be some kind of problem, and MtGox has not received the funds. Following is the error message I received on BitInstant.
Can you help me to complete this transaction, or return the money to my Dwolla account?
