No, I don't have an order ID. After selecting Brazil as a country and "Boleto" as the "from" method and filling other data I was redirected to https://www.bitinstant.com/quote/0db549dd-5eb0-4a3a-b1f2-6406c2019956

From there I clicked GO and was sent to ZipZap where I printed a Payment Slip (Boleto) which I paid at the bank.

Then I received an e-mail from ZipZap with an account number: 563559392. The next day I received another e-mail, this time from Ebanx and in portuguese saying they received my payment and it was confirmed. There was a code mentioned: 147813

I have not received nor seen any order number.

UPDATE:
Issue resolved. On April 5 BitInstant deposited the funds to my BTC-e account.  It took them 8 days.

I made a deposit earlier today... I have paid in cash and received an email from ZipZap confirming payment. I have not received any bitcoins nor have I received any emails from BitInstant. I followed the contact us link on the BitInstant website several hours ago and still no response. I have my quote id 2ca21980-f089-41c7-8511-aef9c8c89886 but not sure where to find my order id. Can anyone assist me?

I made two transfers from Dwolla to mtgox which did not go through. Can you look into this? The money was deducted from dwolla but did not show up in mtgox.

Dear bitinstant I deposited my money 3 days ago (lost 20$ per bitcoin because of your horrible service)and sent you numerous emails to get my money back. The fact that I have to chase you down to a public forum to get my money back is a joke.

Ok I need some help here. Saturday I tried to make a transfer from bitinstant to mtgox, I got an email from bitinstant saying the transfer was complete but I never got any money in my mtgox account. Ever since then I've tried to call them numerous times left lots of messages but I have not had a reply from anyone. Not sure if Its safe to post my Order ID in public or not? I've processed my money transfer through zipzap and money gram over 24 hours ago, and zipzap confirmed the money payment. Yet, I haven't received a deposit of bitcoins in my bitcoin address. I've sent a support ticket 15+ hours ago, but have not yet received a response. I recently sent a email to billing@bitinstant.com. I've sent you a pm ursay.

Hello again,

    There appears to be a generalized problem when making payments from Brazil. Almost all users are having to contact support to have their transactions completed. The major reason you are seeing a spike in demand from Brazil is because our only exchange is down. Most people would prefer to negotiate bitcoins in a manner that they would not be forced to interact with other people in a forum in order to have their transactions completed.

    I recently listened to Erik Voorhees interview hosted by Tom Woods and I believe BitInstant has good intentions. I also believe that your are experiencing a surge in demand and having difficulties escalating your operation. Nonetheless it would REALLY help the Brazilian bitcoin community if you made fixing the ZipZap/Ebanx interface a priority, specially in this particular moment where bitcoin is going parabolic.

    I'm quite sure the people at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=29.0 will be glad to help you in debugging your payment channels.

Do I need to reply to THIS thread to get some support then? Because I'm having the same problems and I emailed both Bitstamp and bitinstant support  a long time ago with no response, but I see people are at least getting answers on this thread.

I am going through the same nonsense. Totally missed out on the chance to get in at 117 prior to the spike to $127 today because of this garbage. So much for 'Instant'. Cost me a lot of money and I'm sure it cost others much much more.
