what exactly does something like APIResponse: {"error": {"amount": ["You have only $-47.04 available. Check your account balance for details."]}} actually mean? I would like to be educated on the mishaps of bitinstant. Not complaining or anything, I just am a very curious individual and would like to gain knowledge on this whole process.

Would you like me to submit another ticket for you?

Lets see I ordered btc @ ~87 so 980/87 = 11.25, call it 11 btc ordered.
last night I got $980 @ $144.5/btc so 980/144.5 = 6.782 delivered (I actually bought that many btc at market price last night).
So I think I deserve 11-6.782=4.218 btc
(current price is 158$/btc) -> 4.218*158 = 666.444.


Id be happy with a compromise of another $500 delivered today even though btc is up to ~160. I think that is more than fair. Not sure what another ticket means. If that means another week then obv btc price could change significantly and then obv I wouldn't be happy with 500$.
The problem of running a company that promises (and charges for) relatively instant orders with "a dynamically updated model" is that you have to deliver instantly in a dynamically updated way. You cant deliver 66% of the ordered btc a week later....

Is that a yes?  If you don't think your order is incorrect then we want to try and make it right!  Smiley

yes, I would like you to submit another ticket for another 4 btc.

I just want to say I've used your service about 5 times without a hitch. First time I got the confirmation email with my mtgox usd before I even finished paying!

I was curious why can I fund with btc-e cash but I can say deposit with mtgox usd and cash out for btc-e cash?

this is the fourth time asking about my VouchX deposit...Why do I have to keep posing on this thread to get my money back and keep checking back for replies twice a day? This is how you want to TREAT ur customers?

Its been more than a wekk and I have no idea what happened to my money?? Why is it so difficult for you send me my vouchX coin? If you care about your customers then why is there not a notice on your site infroming about the current difficulties you are facing??

I'm starting to loose my cool with my order...Please resolve this...its been more than a week of BS.

I made a post on the forums as I have not gotten any response from bitinstant in the last 24 hours.  I made a withdraw from mtgox via a code to bitinstant to transfer to paypal.  My mtgox code was "cashed in" but the funds did not appear in my paypal.  There was an error in the API response string that stated INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

I still have no refund in mtgox or deposit into my paypal, and no response to my email or 'live' chat thingy on the website, which pretty much just submitted my question and said I would receive a response in my email (so much for 'live'?)

I would BEWARE of using bitinstant at this point as it doesn't appear transactions are going through.  Sadly, my transaction was worth a lot of USD.. which is why I'm so focused on getting this issue resolved, with zero response coming from bitinstant in regards to this issue.

As I said, BEWARE!!!

If you can give me some specific order info that I can work from then I will try to help!  Cheesy

I believe the new account #s work now as well as the old ones for at least a while?  I would have to verify with someone again for sure.  Not everyone is working more then a full day on Sunday so please be patient.  Thanks!
