Because you have not only made me miss a huge bubble, potentially robbing me of opportunity to make 100s, but also caused me to miss the lowest BTC has been in weeks; I expect to be compensated at the lowest price BTC has been at throughout the whole 'deposit pending' process, which has been since 4/3, well over a week.

I have no doubt you will comply...

Its been a week since my deposit, still no money.
Charlie literally said he'd "deposit it right now." that was 24 hours ago
I'd like to be able to talk on the phone with someone from bitinstant.

URSAY when will i get my funds?

Bitcoin wanted all this attention and they got it. Now there getting laughed at because they can't handle it.

my funds just showed up...took 4 hrs when this morning it took 20 min but at least in MtGox now..of course BTC prices is 50% higher than 4 hrs ago but at least I didn't lose my funds.

I am sorry to use this thread (even though you had warned that it was going to be closed) but I have two transaction via ZIPZAP/EBANX that did not manage to be completed to my MTGOX account.

Transactions CODE N°163288 and CODE N° 163377 (EBANX) - ZipZap Account N° 294136080 and N° 258509702

The payment was made tuesday (04-09-2013) and wednesday (04-10-2013).

Hey everyone, every Quote ID I see here has at least another event called "New Order".

Am I alone for having no other event beyond the "Quote for new transaction" one ? This has been for one week, so far the best response I've received is basically: "there are hard issues, and easy issues, we won't tell which one you are in so can you just wait another week please ?"

I know things are crazy right now but I tried to deposit into MtGox via a ZipZap bill and I didn't receive any kind of QuoteID or EventID or anything to track it from you guys.  The only thing I have is the ZipZap reference #27832823 or my email.

Use your browser's history to go back and retrieve your order / quote ID # perhaps?  Smiley

Yes, if you START the transaction at BitInstant, there is a quote ID screen BEFORE they send you to the ZipZap site. IT would be wise to print this BitInstant screen out BEFORE hitting the continue button to continue to get the ZipZap Page. Then ZipZap has a "Return to Provider" link or something similar and you should do so and cut-n-paste and park that page until the deal is done. SO like Ursay says, if you can find ZipZap page in your browser history menu, click it(or one older) and you should be able to click the Return to Provider link to find BitInstants original quote - Without waiting for or requiring the email. Hope this helps some find the codes, which then need to go to bitinstant.com/contact

Thanks for the reply glt512. I have used bitinstant twice in the last couple of months and it was basically an instant process.

Are they really stealing from customers now? Or is it just a longer process?

None the less it puts an extra bad mark on bitcoin if we do not receive our money.

Was this Merchant order ID sent to you by ZipZap ? I guess I'm pretty much fucked then. The one ZipZap sent me e1ed6c25-58fe-4095-8ad1-c851ae1b1f8c does not exist at Bitinstant. I saved the Order ID when I started the process in Bitinstant, but so far the the only event I have after one week is "Quote for new transaction" (this is at https://bitinstant.com/order_status/......).

so I made a bitinstant to bitcoin address moneygram a bit over 3 hrs ago.  I recieved confirmation from zipzap that their end has completed.  have heard nothing from bitinstant.  how long should this take?  how long should I wait until being concerned?

A long time.......   Read the past posts.

just meant how long should i wait until notifying bitinstant and requesting help.

I would say 6 hours is more then enough time to wait before opening a ticket.

HEll I've waited over 5 days now..still nothing

Bitcointalk.org forum moderators should put up a sticky at the bitcoin discussion forum that says do not use bitinstant because they are fucking over there customers.

Also blockchain should not have a cash deposit option using them if that option is not working properly.

I feel like i'm going to be robbed while gladly handing over my money.

 In the middle of this fiasco, Bitinstant instituted a new Customer Service System at their website. I requires that you have the Quote ID which is different from the Merchant Order ID. Why don't you get that from ZipZap and try from there?
