As @BitcoinApprentice said in this thread, that I need to create *2* support thread for my issue. ONE (1) for sending my money to the address, and SECOND (2) for sending me more bitcoins as this is Bitinstant's failure.

I am *NOT* creating 2 support tickets right now, but I will if I don't get the money withing next 3 days. YOU PLEASE TRANSFER THE CURRENT AMOUNT OF MONEY AT OLD RATES. Then we could look at sending more BTCitcoins.

You will need to discuss the execution price issue with me IF it happens.  I cannot help with a problem that has not yet actually happened.  Not all orders have these execution price issues.

I made a purchase through bitinstant last night, I was supposed to receive $451 worth of btc, however the amount I was sent is $51 short. In essence this money was simply stolen from me, your service is outright stealing from customers as of late.

Yes we actually use that often as a resource when understanding if funds actually hit your account or not.
But then you do not do anything. I sent the same info and am still in limbo

Hello Ursay,
  I realize I did not get on record at THIS particular venue til a couple days ago, but I had previously been contacting support for over 2 weeks about an issue with my Gox code. I have been seeing that you are issuing new codes for cases like mine, and was wondering if you could " push" mine through at your convenience. Or at least draw someones attention to it. I have seen here that people with cases similar to mine have seen resolution, while having only had there problem occur a day or two prior to being resolved. I did put in another ticket at your request to your new support link, but it said 24 hours, and it's been at least double that and I haven't heard a peep. This is not a complaint or harassment, as I do see that you folks are indeed resolving issues and not abandoning ship, which is the comfort I've been seeking for over 2 weeks. I am just hoping that you might take a minute and show some attention to my case, as you have others, since it seems like my particular case would only take a minimal effort to resolve.
