So I'm guessing I should just forget about using bitinstant?
I mean, if I wen ahead with the zipzap order i have printed up, it's pretty much assured that I wouldn't see the money hit my Mtgox account for another couple weeks? Fucking sucks, cause I'm itching to throw some money around.

bitfloor is a more convenient option, but a little more expensive. ( but they won't short you bit coins just because they couldn't figure out how much the coins were worth when you used moneygram)

In fact, there are only three BofA ATMs in the whole state, which I doubt will do me any good. Is there any other way to use bitfloor?

Hello Ursay, I realize I did not get on record at THIS particular venue til a couple days ago, but I had previously been contacting support for over 2 weeks about an issue with my Gox code. I have been seeing that you are issuing new codes for cases like mine, and was wondering if you could " push" mine through at your convenience. Or at least draw someones attention to it. I have seen here that people with cases similar to mine have seen resolution, while having only had there problem occur a day or two prior to being resolved. I did put in another ticket at your request to your new support link, but it said 24 hours, and it's been at least double that and I haven't heard a peep. This is not a complaint or harassment, as I do see that you folks are indeed resolving issues and not abandoning ship, which is the comfort I've been seeking for over 2 weeks. I am just hoping that you might take a minute and show some attention to my case, as you have others, since it seems like my particular case would only take a minimal effort to resolve. Thank you Ursay.
"Hey there,
This is to notify you that your order has been updated, please find the details below:
We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order
OrderID: 412773bf-8dc9-4316-99be-317fe346947e EventID: 533b516c-5f6c-47de-8064-27e10ebd8e32 QuoteID: 2576aab2-2f9e-4897-9b72-daa1a69f62fc "
The error message at gox for the above transaction states that the code is invalid or already used. I , like others, was given an invalid code. The date of the missing deposit was march 28. Thanks
Please give me your email address and I will check you against a list for new Gox codes. If you are not on it I will add you. Thanks.

I've used $$$ to Gox thru Moneygram / zipzap a few times this week and only had 1 issue out of 4 deposits.

TBH, i'm tempted to just say fuck it and take my chances. I cannot figure out ANY other way to get funds in to an exchange on the same day. Ridiculous, really.

I made a purchase through bitinstant last night, I was supposed to receive $451 worth of btc, however the amount I was sent is $51 short. In essence this money was simply stolen from me, your service is outright stealing from customers as of late. OrderID: 72b904e6-f6e3-4aa8-8f40-b6004b169b65 EventID: 0ddbe7ea-68f1-4d94-9046-c87d51b4d8bb DestAccount: 1DgW5Hyxz6umQErkjBeLoTqXDcjWRKEFAw QuoteID: 6e6ba05d-6ad8-4046-b736-f5f483b9cc2c User: SYSTEM DestExchange: btc eventtype: Order executed EventSentAt: 1365814135.82 APIResponse: {'Transaction_id': u'5168aaf83fa78d0833608b2e'} FundsSent: $451.247 USD Please tell me if you need anymore information. Edit: I want this rectified, here's some proof of the thievery https://i.imgur.com/bxN0TI6.png Great, thanks for the feedback. Guess it's time to try them. I've escalated you to the person who handles order execution price problems. Sorry for your troubles. And if it says the order went thru fine, then you will be waiting for ever to get the difference. Day 10 Here, Weeeeeeeee Dwolla ---> MTGOX only way to go Wonder if they have an HR Dept to cover things like payroll and workmans comp, Or just doing everything under the table - Someone could look into this So Cogine, you're happy with Dwolla? I was taken aback when I heard they put like a 30 day hold with "know your customer" federal reserve BS. At this rate though, that'll come BEFORE I get my missing BitInstant funds. Really, I did have to send them a copy of my Passport. And talking with people at my bank to attempt to make the 4day transfer from bank to dwolla be instant. All my transfers from dwolla to MTGOX have taken less then 2hours for .25 cent fee. I transfer 503.95 here and get 480.05 - I have been waiting for 10day I have done two transfers from my bank to dwolla to MTGOX in the time i have been waiting for this to be resolved My previous comment cut off: Thanks for the info. Think I'll have to try Dwolla next.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm new here If a person pays for bitcoins though zipzap and the transaction is listed on bitcoin as a transaction , but no bitcoins have been recieved. That means there is a delay with delivery of the bitcoin at the bitcoin end right? At what price does the buyer get their bitcoins? The price at the time when they submitted the order, or the time when they actually arrive?

yeah, they charge a couple fees, and then whatever you have left of your money after the fees they convert into bitcoins based on the going price of a bitcoin the day you used moneygram or whatever. Often times though, they will not do this, and instead for no good reason at all give you the going price of bitcoins at the time you actually received the coins. If this happens, you need to create another support ticket which will probably take a week or 8 to push through successfully.

I don't understand the "order complete" and "Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange" wording. I just finished another order and everything says complete and that the funds have been sent to remote exchange but they aren't showing up on blockchain.info again. You would think when the order says they have been sent that the actual transaction would have been issued and would show up right away. I was really hoping this time it would work as it normally does.
I mean, how long are we supposed to wait before asking for support when the order says it is complete and funds have been sent?

Three transactions over two days starting on April 3. $2k (cash - who knows how many bitcoins...) bouncing around lost in cyberspace.
I was on the 4/10 list. Any progress?

Well I bit the bullet and went ahead with an order, but only put a 1/5 of what I originally intended in. It was in my gox account my the time I got home.
Now I only wish I would have done the whole amount.

It's a crap shoot. I figured things would surely be working again like normal if I made another order today and my funds haven't been sent again even though the order shows complete. Nice to hear yours went through OK. I don't know if they will if you try again. *edit* mine just showed up. Nice.
