FINAL 4/10 support list includes users that I have logged issues for today and part of yesterday.  If you are not on this list then your issue may of been logged on an earlier date and is still being resolved.

liztah / yero888 / pootsniff / Nachtwind / whoiscasey / uncfun42204 / iwmb / Col-Sanders / gf.ricardo / chubbychecker / bitcoinfiend / alternative30 / watchboy / ASM11 / chase1420 / xqr / maxspace321 / damavox / kmicro / iridium77 / archimediate / Tejh / bigpoppapump69 / cayson / Bunks / cassiolandim / devz0r / v1le / endlessdark / joae1975 / khesquid / karmic / Sowhat / voos / bitcrazynoob / dookiedue / koob / baggage / jwest411 / shivamachoman / Betelquese / cubism4nerds / EdsWow1 / lentilsoup94 / dannnk / Betelquese / bccdn / 3sd / breel / paradoxal / Kennedy3789 / spiritglove

Never again heard anything from URSAY. Never got any PM. Just simply nothing ....

This list just a fake ... just made for Recycle Bin. Just only bla bla bla ...

Your order has been logged and we are currently looking into your issue.  Thanks for your patience.

So, today, again nothing ...

No, my patience is not endless, sorry.

and even on facebook someone wrote "it is in work".

in "work" Huh

how long does it take, to look into the computer, input the order-number, seeing that you took my money from mt.gox, but never gave it to bitstamp ??

tell you: around 20-30 seconds.

so again, how long does it take to "looking into that issue" ?? 1 minute? 2 minutes? 3 Huh

some days .... only standing in front of a computer, all of you "looking into my issue" ?? and doing.... NOTHING Huh

thats crazy man.

how long does it further take, to react to any of my offerings, that you could give back my money even via bitcoin, or via mtgox.

one minute more, no ??

but still.... you are just "looking into that issue". cool man.

stop looking, start doing !

and btw... if you did "look", did you see, that i even entered my email in the order originally ?? why then did you 3 or 4 or 5 times ask me for email again? when i gave order-number ??

and btw... if you did "look", did you see, that i even entered my mtgox-account-number in the order originally ?? so why not just giving it back there, if you dont have funds on your bitstamp account anymore ??

why did you even TAKE the order, when there was no money left there ??
(even days before my order already people did complain here, that your bitstamp-funds are empty.... always with the same amount, this

... " only $17.03 available " ...

becomes already something like a running joke ... search for that in the forum.... :-)
( e.g. - same from other users:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.msg1813237#msg1813237
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=170921.msg1789731#msg1789731
)

but maybe while all of you are "looking" onto my issue ... you could have done solving ALL the issues ...

just a little thinking.... while you answer here 10 or 20 or 30 people ... again & again ... how long would it have  taken, to just solving their issues, hmm ??

one hour Huh two Huh
5 minutes per issue = 12 issues an hour = almost 100 issues per day.
only ONE man.  :-)

so..... this 10 or 20 issues a day ... this is not really much ... thats practically NOTHING !

so dont joke anymore with me. i work in IT since beginning of 80s. did see a lot. did "look" at a lot. but did also ACT a lot.

therefore

Quote from: URSAY
we are currently looking into your issue
... again: stop looking, start acting.

@URSAY, can you tell us what is the problem that so many people are here complaining?

If it's lack of funds, that is practically impossible, you would have a whole lot of funds as you have money from so many people, most people are complaining that you took the money but never gave it back.

Any other thing?

Probably, not. You have everything in your control, you should be able to solve it easily!

Just solve all the problems!

PS: My orders are

Please solve these too!

Stop it!. Stop using bitinstant. They are going to take your money. They took mine and countless others. Just look at the length of this thread. These are not problems due to a recent ddos attack or some shit. These problms go back to December, and even much further. Because they are theives.

They are not even offering to help me anymore. Was I too abusive? What about when I was being nice and complacent? You offered to help but did nothing but ask me for more information. How much fucking information do you need? My ss#, bank account, passwords etc etc. Would that be getting close to being aenough info? Fuck! I gave you and order id,, I gave you copies of the several emails exchanged between me and bitinstant, I've pointed out that my issue was discussed in this very forum 200 pages ago and that a simple search would clearly show you that Charlie said he was going to fic my issue and then decided not too. It's been 6 fucking months of bullshit. 6 MoNTHS!!!!

see my name-justtird. Look at my profile. Look at the my posts. Look at charlies response. Heres an idea, llok at my email address on my profile. Take that email address and look at bitinstants correspondence with that email adress. Notice how it's the same fucking information that I sent you via pm, that you asked gfor. What more do you need? I know, you need me to shut the fuck up. But I have a need to WARN PEOPLE NOT TO USE Bitinstant. STop using bitinstant. They are going to take your money.

They are going to keep your money.

What amount are you talking about ?

Only $200. From November. But since they lied to me several times I feel compelled to warn others. They are going to keep your money.

Folks, I have received my deposit to Gox, after about 17 days. However, it's only been about 3 days since I logged my complaint here. . Ursay I want to thank you for sticking to your word. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little disappointed that I still got charged bitinstant fees... and that on top of that I have to pay $100 per btc instead of the $85 it would have been if my deposit had been processed correctly. But, somehow I feel like I won today, and I suppose that's worth something. Thanks.

Personally I am only in for $170.00. I wanted to see how the system worked and now I know not to use it. I have sent Money Grams to Costa Rica to fund my accounts for sports betting and never a problem. I am in the process of getting my account verified at Mtgox. The next time I do any kind of transfer it will be wire transfer to my Mtgox account. I rather eat the cost and have piece of mind. If something goes wrong then you can deal with Mtgox.  Screw all these processors.

Ursay, could you tell me what's going on?

I haven't received any contact from your support staff, even though I've filed two tickets on your support page. I've had two transactions where money has been inexplicably taken from my final amount, and it seems like nothing is being done about it.

Where is the money that I'm owed?

Without any order details I cannot attempt to help you.  Are you receiving the automated response emails saying your issue was logged?

Ok so my order from 4/12 was pushed through.  However, I only recieved 3.70151298 Bitcoins on a cash amount of $476.257605 including fees.  Without fees I paide 496.05.

Regardless, that is obv not the proper amount of bitcoins.  Wondering if there is way to look up the specific price from when I made my order, at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.

Anway, I went to bitinstant.com/contact to fill out the form again but it won't let me, saying that my quoteID has already been used.  It was indeed used for the initial report to push through the transaction.

So, how do I request the proper amount of bitcoins?

Order ID # ?

f2275a92-c99a-4be1-a106-3db4ddd1717f

also, I do not want the bitcoins to go to the initial bitcoin address.

I'm showing a transaction hit your address for 3.70151298 BTC.  Is this not your BitInstant order?
