yup. bullshit.
I still hold to my theory that they are driving the market down holding cash that should be buy orders. then they will slowly start filling the orders at this lower price keeping the profits. its at 99.00 now. give it another dollar down and they will start filling our orders and keeping an extra 10%.

I love it when I see someone else who can't be shrugged off with BS.  My hat is off to you.  Grin
and mine to you. we've both been here all day. and I aint got nothing to do tomorrow. funny how people keep poppin up like diehard Obama Supporters, "leave them alone theyre trying so hard!" fucking retards give up in 10 minutes. takes days to make a stand on a board. lol.

I got plenty of time...been on this hard core since it first started getting head way.  I was in there Q&A warning new customers not to use the terminal...40 minutes later all post were gone and Q&A was taken down.  They cant push the old mute button on us here, so they keep coming up with inventive excuses trying to appease people.  It won't work on me.  When I seen money making to my bitcoin brethren from Tuesday and Wednesday I will start to back down.  Until then they better get use to me contacting every one of their service providers, from ZipZap to PayPal on a daily basis as well.

So has anyone gotten their order fixed? From the dates and times of the others here I am one of the first.  Also Ursay emailed me asking how I placed my order as well. LOL.

I have asked for an eta even after the decree of processing and still have not gotten btc or an eta.

Ursay, when you emailed me, I took the time to give you the answer to your questions.  Why is it that you are not giving me the same respect?

Well I received a email back from MoneyGram finally.  CustomerService@moneygram.com for those of you wondering what their email is.  They also gave me a toll free number advising anyone who thinks they may have been defrauded to contact them immediately.  The toll free number is 1-800-444-3010.  I have also sent ZipZap some updated information as well.  I sincerely hope we cause BitInstant as much trouble as they have caused and cost us!!

I paid Tuesday at 3:00 pm EST which would put me early in the queue. I haven't heard anything from support in several days. They keep saying they are processing payments and this should go through shortly but that was 12 hours ago. The claim that they are "working around the clock" is just ridiculous.

Seriously people.  I've used BitInstant for a while without a hitch, this being the first one.  I've got verification from MoneyGram and ZipZap that I made a payment through them so I can get a refund.  BI has never failed en-masse before and is running what could be one of the most profitable BTC-related businesses ever (outside of Gox).  Why would they grab and go?

If you have something beneficial to post, like your pending payment has been paid, then help us all out and let us know.  Otherwise, please STFU and observe that anytime there are hiccups in financial related measures there are a lot of things that need to be accounted for before moving money around.  The system works great on auto but is scary in manual mode, I know from working in the financial industry.

I, for one, put a $500 deposit on 6/12, status Paid, date listed as 22:54:33, so my cash has been floating for a while.  What do I see before that on the CashPayment link?  Dozens of transactions that have gone through.

My only request is for communication.  The thing that can tank a company in the BTC world is lack of communication because everyone then runs around and screams scam.

BitInstant - do better next time.  The Blog has been silent and you closed the Q/A.  That is where you failed here and that is the blotch on your record at the end of this week. Sad

Come on BitInstant.... this is ridiculous. You told me that my bitcoins would be in my wallet in minutes and it has been 4 days. I desperately need these funds, and you are effectively ruining my life.  Angry  I think you should be taking this more seriously... maybe have customer service on this forum or reddit around the clock to answer questions. If I ran your company I would have issued a reassuring statement, offered a 1BTC gift to all customers involved, and worked all day and night to get these orders through. This is not a problem you can just gloss over... you should do whatever possible to make this right.
