Best to just email support. Posting here is a great thing as well, as it gets attention from the site support.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Still no joy I've been told the site will be down for a while now though, but I've had no reassurance of being paid back or keeping what I already had in there

Hi everyone,

We're having some server difficulties so we took down the web site.

All user accounts are safe.

When we have a better idea when the site will be back again up I will post here.

I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I hope that we will be back up again soon.

How about explaining why we cashed out before the site went down, like I did and it gave us a message stating it would need to be manually be reviewed by an Admin, which normally takes 5 minutes? It went a total 7 hours until the site went down for me and I'm still without my money (close to $1100). This is BS.

As soon as we get the server back up we will process all pending withdrawals.

We have had server problems like this in the past and we have always, always paid out our users.

I'm very sorry about the inconvenience.

The sad thing (for me at least) as your site is the one I was most looking forward to playing at currently (and that isn't always the case).  I hope to play again soon.

They're a legit company and have paid more BTC out prob then almost all sites. It happens.

I know they are a legit company that has nothing to do with it. What if you just won 150 BTC as a progressive. You know how much you would have lost by now? $3000. That's a BS excuse "it happens".

Don't think they should refund the difference because their casino doesn't operation in USD, they operate as seeing the currency as bitcoin. The delay happened however none of the currency you deposited, wagered and ultimately withdrew has been lost, just delayed out to you.

There should be NO delay of 7 hours when withdrawn before it even went down. So please, go back to your little untrustworthy hole. This issue doesn't involve you in any way.

Turn off the news and read. Watch Psywar, learn something important about our society and PR, why and how it got started and how it brainwashes you.

Yeah this is by far the best Bitcoin site I've been on I tried another today and it was nowhere near as good as this, I just want the site back on so I can play on it again. They also respond quickly to your emails. The first time I visited the site I've got to admit I thought what's going here I won a little bit and couldn't withdraw I was asking people in the chat box how to withdraw and they were saying use the the green cash out button at the bottom. But because I was on an iPhone it wasn't showing the cash out button it's only visible from the desktop or android version for some reason? So I thought this ain't right but just went on the desktop and it let me cash out straight away. Just want to use my remaining credit and see I can win a bit back ;-)

I've won my fair share on this site, I have never questioned their integrity in the past.

I will also join the crowd though with having a couple Bitcoin stuck for the time being. The site went down right as soon as I was about to withdraw too, damn the luck. I'm confident in their ability and trustworthiness though.

I've hit multiple good sized jackpots ($5,000+) and cashed out immediately and it processed instantly as Bitcoin should.

Keep us updated and I hope to see you guys back online soon.

First, I'd like to thank everyone for the nice words about our site. It really means a lot to us to hear that we running a trustworthy project during this down time. Thank you.

We are doing everything in our power to restore the site as soon as possible. There is nothing else that we would rather have right now than to return everything back to normal.

We are currently waiting for the database to re-import all users and games played. Because of the enormous amount of games played this year, it is taking a very long time. In the future, we will look into ways to aggregate this data so that the database does not get so ridiculously big.

I am deeply sorry that this is taking this long. I understand how frustrating this situation is. We are doing everything we can to get BVC back again as quickly as possible.

All account balances are fine, and all pending withdrawals will get processed as soon as the site goes up.

Again, I am sorry.

Thanks for the update.  It's just nice to have word on what is delaying things.  I can imagine it takes a while to import the records.  I think I have tens of thousands of plays on slots alone.

Do you have an approximate time/day when it will be back up?
