sounds like a good solution for the moment.what if u try to make a certain limit of bets allowed in a second per account?
and a question also would be,do the bots fire bets faster then the autobet feature? if so maybe limit accounts so they cant bet faster then autobet does
I think that setting a rate limit is an good idea. Thanks. We are doing everything we can to make the experience for all players fair and fun. |

Out of all the gambling I do, which in my opinion happens to be way too much, BVC is my favorite place to play. The one main suggestion I have is that they upgrade and give the Keno some love. Keno is a very fun game but I don't like how they have it set where a user has to play 10 numbers. On traditional Video Poker Machines that have Keno games they allow users to pick as low as 2 numbers. It's much easier to hit 5 out of 5 numbers rather than 9 out of 10, etc. If they could also add some animation and/or better sounds to the Keno as well. Which I'm not dogging the Keno, it's great that they have it. There has yet to be any Bitcoin gambling site that has implemented Keno even half as well as they have, but I still feel like they could greatly improve on it. Right now users are running the slots hard in order to hit big jackpots but I honestly think that Keno is a better suited game for that purpose. The only problem is that for a big jackpot you need to hit 10 out of 10, which is pretty rough. If we had the option to play fewer numbers (with a lower jackpot of course) then I think that game would be a much bigger success. Just to get an idea the probability of hitting 10 out of 10 is 0.00000011 (with 1.0 being 100% chance). Here's a great site to look up the odds on Keno and various paytables. Which I'm sure you guys would have a much better paytable. |

When we were building Keno we did initially consider making it such that you could choose to play any amount of numbers between 2 and 10, and then the payout would change depending on that. I agree that choosing fewer numbers could be more fun for some users. The reason why we didn't do this was that all of our other games have progressive jackpots, and letting the user choose how many numbers to play would require that we have a separate jackpot for every possibility. Hitting 2 numbers is much easier than hitting 10, so it wouldn't be fair if all jackpot contributions went into the same pool. So to avoid that confusion we decided to just have 10 numbers and a single jackpot. Wizard of odds is an excellent site. We've used it quite a few times to verify our own calculations. |

We have been trying to sell the site for a while now. We are only programmers on this team, and understand that there is a better team out there that can take over operating this site and make the experience better for the user. We are only going to sell the site to an honest team with experience running complex sites like this. We have already turned down many people because they did not have enough experience or were too shady. We absolutely do care about this site. It was a dumb move to promote the keemstar videos, and we have apologized for it already. We made a mistake, and now we are moving on. Making a mistake like this doesn't mean we don't care what happens on this site. |

So it's inevitable that some jackpots will occur at around the same time. We don't have any control over the distribution of jackpots at any given point in time, since all of our games are provably fair and independent of each other. In the past day or so we have had 3 roulette jackpots, 2 slots jackpots (including the huge one), 1 dice jackpot, 1 videopoker jackpot and 4 keno jackpots. Keno jackpots are pretty rare because it's one of our less popular games. However, if a user decides to play for hours on autoplay, keno jackpots will get hit. The last 9 number keno jackpot was on Mon, 29 Dec 2014 22:43:17 GMT. The big slots jackpot was on Tue, 30 Dec 2014 00:40:14 GMT (about two hours later). The 9-number keno jackpot was won by user SlotAddict. He won the jackpot while no other users were playing Keno. He was playing games at a rate of about 2 games/second, so it looks like he was playing autoplay on the website. I'm really not sure what else I can tell you to show that we are not cheating our users. We have had this site for two years now and the last thing we want to do is try to cheat our users somehow. It simply makes no sense. |

This issue has been resolved over email. The user's local wallet was not updating properly, so the second withdrawal was not showing up. However, a quick look on blockchain.info revealed that both withdrawals were there. |

Yes, the bots have came to the point of being unacceptable. I will admit, that if I had the source code or capability then I would use the bot as well.
About a week ago I pumped the 0.001 Slots jackpot to 35+ BTC and as soon as it got close to 40 then the bots started firing. Within literally 2 minutes the Jackpot was hit and all the funds I pumped into the Progressive were gone.
I understand the idea that they could've raised it and I hit it, but they are firing so fast it's impossible to beat them. I've played the progressive hard in the past and won in the end before, but there is a threshold that triggers the bot players and then it's over.
I don't know the solution to stop this, but I wish something could be done about this. The whole mindset of going deep or playing big is the idea that when I do hit, I get most of my money back if not more. It scares me to play now knowing that at anytime they could fire the bots on and zap all the funds I've pumped into the progressive.

For some reason that one transaction didn't appear in my local wallet. I had to reload the blockchain and transactions and then it appeared. Nothing to fault Bitcoin Video Casino for. It was a strange situation (to me) but it was on my end for sure. |
