We are doing everything in our power to restore the site as soon as possible. There is nothing else that we would rather have right now than to return everything back to normal.

We are currently waiting for the database to re-import all users and games played. Because of the enormous amount of games played this year, it is taking a very long time. In the future, we will look into ways to aggregate this data so that the database does not get so ridiculously big.

I am deeply sorry that this is taking this long. I understand how frustrating this situation is. We are doing everything we can to get BVC back again as quickly as possible.

All account balances are fine, and all pending withdrawals will get processed as soon as the site goes up.

On the plus side -- luckily I didn't have too much tied up on BVC. Using sites such as Bitfinex, OKCoin, and 796 are great places in order to hedge your exposure to Bitcoin's volatility. Say you have 19 Bitcoin but you want to lock the price in on them. All you need to do is simply place 1 BTC on OKCoin and place a short with 20x Leverage, assuming that you are placing the short at the exact price you bought the Bitcoins for. This way if Bitcoin goes up, your other Bitcoins go up and if it goes down, well you cover your losses because of the short.
