That can't be right. I just won a 1200.00 Keno with 8 numbers and it came out to be 1.2BTC.

what amount are u betting ? did u notice that there are different kind of levels for the betting amounts? for each level the jackpot is different so are the numbers u win.

so u are baa4903a78 ?  gratulations for the 8 numbers. as u got 1.2 btc u did wager 0.005 btc, for roulette the jackpot showing is for a 0.0001 bet. so thats why its different

the number is in mBTC. 1000mbtc = 1 BTC. Thus the roulette jackpot is 21.638 BTC in this case.

It is the number of credits. So 21638 credits * 0.0001 BTC/credit = 2.1638 BTC. We never show any $ amounts on the site.

Some of our games support different credit sizes for the games. You must have been playing 0.001 BTC/credit, so 1200 credits would be 1.2 BTC. You can see what credit size you are playing by looking for the BTC button which will say something like "0.0001" or "0.001". If you click that you can change your credit size. Games like blackjack, roulette, craps and dice only have a single 0.0001 BTC credit size. You can just bet more credits if you want to bet more. Smiley

A while back when we added different credit sizes we were worried that it could be confusing for some people. Sorry about that... Sad

All new accounts come with free test credits that can be used to try out the games! When you're ready to play for real Bitcoins, just make a deposit to the address shown on the bottom of your screen.

I'll start by saying that when I've won - they pay instantly, so that's great.

But as someone who only plays blackjack - why, with the house odds already in your favor, do you feel the need to

#1 - take both bets on splits against an ace
#2 - take both bets on double downs vs. ace

The next thing isn't to do with odds, but why the hell would you have a person draw all the way to their own complete hand (be it a bust or made hand) only to then reveal that the dealer all along had a blackjack - that's absolutely maddening (especially the countless times I've drawn to 21)

Thanks for the feedback.

We've had some requests for the dealer to peek for blackjack. Maybe we should fix this. With the rule configuration we have now, the expected return is 99.5%, which was our goal. Adding dealer peeks would increase this return, requiring us to change other rules against the player to balance things out.

Can you post your rule configuration for blackjack?

You can check the rules by clicking the red "help" button, and then pressing the "rules" button.

Here are the current rules:

Minimum bet is 0.0001 BTC
Maximum bet is 1 BTC
Blackjack pays 3:2
Insurance pays 2:1
Number of decks is 5
Number of allowed splits is 3
Dealer does not hit on soft 17
Can double after split
Can not hit split aces
Can resplit aces
Can double on first two
Dealer does not peek

While playing Video poker I noticed that on every new hand their was a new random client seed and server seed which I'm assuming is a new Provably fair shuffled deck. In the event of a winning hand the server and client seed change again for the next hand or the "high low bonus feature" depending on what the player chooses. The bonus feature is allowed up to three times allowing for the possibility to double your winnings each time. I have noticed that while playing the bonus feature neither the server or client seed change during any of the three doubling attempts, so one would assume that in order to be provably fair that the cards for each doubling attempt are all coming from the same shuffled deck. Is this correct? If not, where are they coming from and how does a player determine if they are in fact coming from a random, provably fair deck since neither the server or client seed change. If they are all coming from the same deck for each of the three attempts then could someone explain how is it possible for in some cases the same card to appear in two or even three of the three bonus attempts. How is this provably fair? My most recent game that I played that inspired this posting went as follows; I won a hand with 3 aces one of which was a ace of spades, I then hit the double feature and won however one of the four cards was an ace of spades, I doubled again and won but again one of the four cards was an ace of spades, then I doubled again and this time the house card was the ace of spades and I lost. Neither the server seed or client seed changed for these three attempts at doubling my winnings, so where are these cards coming from and how can I verify that they are provably fair random cards?

Thanks again for your feedback about this issue. We have now fixed Video Poker so that the correct server seed is displayed for double down games. You can now also change the client seed for double down games, which previously was not possible because the text field was disabled.

Video poker has always used the correct server seed for a new shuffled deck when communicating with the server. It was just that the display was not always getting updated.

Please note that when you win a game, the server seed displayed is the one for the next regular game to be played. If you then decide to play double down, the next server seed displayed will be the one for the next game of double down. If you win 8X or lose the game of double down, the next server seed displayed will be for the next regular game to be played. It works like this because the server seed for regular and double down games are different, so the display logic needs to decide which seed to display.

I purchased a pool for my coin (GreenCoin GRE) and it was added to p00l.org. The operator then ran away with the bounty, and now his domain redirects to this website.

The user also hasn't been online since - Please let me know why it would point here? I'm still upset about losing that BTC (it was 0.1).

It's simple, whoever owned the domain name put it as a referral link here, so he gets some free coins.

Not BVC's fault. Just move on.
