of course it could happen, in my opinion bitcoin is going to become huge and it might even replace all the other currencies in the future, it would be really cool
It is neither easy nor possible in the near future, it is going to become huge but only when it will have lots of attention towards it and gets started to be used as a global currency worldwide... So, till then, stop dreaming...  Exactly and even if it is used worldwide there will be many people who will prefer to use credit cards and fiat for making purchases and would stay away from bitcoins. |

You are right fiat or paper currency is been used already for how many decades have passed or its even used when people learned how to create paper currency. Bitcoin is just a digital money and cant possibly replace fiat in any ways. |

No, I do not think BTC or any altcoin will REPLACE fiat anytime soon as cryptocurrency is alot different than fiat so people will need proper education and a huge amount of adaptors to consider BTC at least as much important as fiat and even that time BTC would not replace fiat, just grow next to it in popularity. |

The whole point that people fail to understand is that Bitcoin DOESN'T need to replace fiat. I am sure people prefer Bitcoin to stay as it is right now. Bitcoin at this point enjoys some sort of freedom that people should be happy about. That freedom is gone as soon as the government releases its rage on Bitcoin. That's why Bitcoin is much better off staying an alternative form of money. |

I believe that it is just a matter of time, to be honest. To understand it, you have to comprehend the fact that it can make things really easy and faster. And remember that there are already a lot of different BTC debit cards available for use.
I think not just about time. but bitcoin should grow even more and the intervention of the entire bitcoin user's progress will be needed |

I dont use credit card I prefer bitcoin because i dont need to pay heavy fee and interest.Sadly bitcoin is not widely accepted.I hope things will change soon |

I think it's possible that Bitcoin would replace money. The major problem why Bitcoin couldn't replace fiat right now is that you can't actually do offline transactions with Bitcoin. If you want to buy something and pay them for bitcoin, you have to go online first and there are places in the world where there's not no good Internet reception. So, if someone would put an Internet connection that can be accessed anywhere in the world for free, then Bitcoin's potential to replace money would increase massively.

I don't think so, because simply Bitcoin is already money, we can easily exchange it with fiat and even its having the price increasing and its growing up daily, and it can be used as real currency Without fiat we cannot enjoy our bitcoins, we are just dependent with the fiat and the value of bitcoin matters with what is the current market of fiat, this two will be vital for the success of the people in the community, the real benefits in using bitcoin is just to spend and transact in a very fast and cheap manner. |

Yes it could happen potentially I think. If we get into a economical crisis which makes money worth almost nothing then bitcoin will still have it's value which means it would be more profitable to turn to bitcoin. But this is only in extreme cases. If bitcoin replaces the money I will be happy though!

bitcoin is just a few years old so it is yet a new currency unlike fiat. fiat is here from decades so people will obviously know about fiat more than btc. btw, bitcoin can replace the fiat but it needs some time. how many people knew about btc in 2010 ? there were very few but now you can see that the number of users using btc are increasing rapidly. just have faith in btc and wait for that day when it replaces fiat. maybe at our old age or after our death it will definitely replace fiat. |
